Lately, I've been noticing that the customer service at Macy's has been going downhill. But when I went to the green acres mall, my whole outlook changed. The ladies in the fragrances department, Alisha and Patty, were so nice and helpful. They gave me great gift suggestions and made my shopping trip fun.
