But when I emailed them, I got no response at all. I even left a voicemail and still heard nothing back. Now, it looks like the wrong size shoes have already been sent out, and I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down.

The collection in this store is really special. I bought the Osaka bed and I love it. The design, size, and shape of the bed are just right for my bedroom.
