I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my recent online purchase from this store. I went to two different stores but couldn't find what I was looking for, so I had to order online. The delivery charge of £4.99 seemed pretty steep, especially since I had to order different sizes to get the right fit. But what really got to me was the extra £4.99 charge for returning items that didn't fit. In the end, I had to pay a total of £9.99 for delivery, which I think is just way too much.
