Affordable branded items
So I was at this store and I got some branded stuff, gotta say I was pretty happy with it. Prices were good, saved me a bunch of cash compared to other places. Got my delivery quick, even though there was a little fee, it was worth it to save the hassle. Overall, super satisfied with what I got and for sure gonna come back for more shopping in the future.

USB hubs and software
I had a really bad time with the USB hub and software I bought. The customer service was not helpful, and the product didn't work as fast and well as they said it would. I asked for my money back, but they said no, even though I had lots of problems with it. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

Rosacea and Lupus sensitivity test
I gotta say, I wasn't sure about trying the sensitivity test from this company at first. I've been dealing with symptoms of rosacea and lupus for a while now, and I wanted to see if certain foods were making things worse. The results of the test were actually pretty surprising, because there were a few things on there that I never would have guessed could be causing me trouble. I decided to cut those foods out of my diet, on top of my regular low-inflammation diet, and I've noticed an improvement in my symptoms. After months of just managing my symptoms, it feels good to finally see some progress. Ordering the test was easy, and understanding the results was a breeze, which made the whole process stress-free. I'm excited to see how this continues to help my health.

Purchased defective mattress and incorrect pillows.
I just bought some furniture from a store, and it was a bit of a letdown. They said they had good stuff and would fix any issues, but I got a messed up mattress and the wrong pillows two times in a row. I tried talking to them about it, but they didn't really want to help me out.

I just wanna say how impressed I am with my awesome customer service experience. So, like, I made a mistake and put the wrong address for my order. But when I told them, they were super quick to reply and said they'd send a new order to the right address. How cool is that? I totally LOVE when companies are all about finding solutions! Surgical steel piercings
I'm super happy with these surgical steel piercings I bought from this company. They're way better quality than any other brand I've tried cause they're all made of surgical steel that doesn't tarnish. Other brands use coated base metal that ends up losing its finish but not these ones. They've stayed in great condition. I ordered more recently and was stoked to see I could save money by using my loyalty points and still get free delivery.

I just bought some fence post caps from Atlanta Post Caps and I gotta say, I was super happy with how good they were. The material they're made of is tough and they look great on my outdoor fence. I recently tried to cancel my subscription renewal, but instead of getting it sorted out, I was charged for another year. When I reached out to customer service right away, they refused to give me a refund and cancel the subscription. It was really disappointing and frustrating, especially since I thought this company would provide better service.

I just got my new clothes and they arrived just in time. I really love the quality and they fit perfectly, just like the website promised. It would've been nice to have some care instructions included, but overall I'm really pleased with my purchase.

January coat purchase
I bought a coat back in January from this place. After wearing it for a little while, the coat started falling apart at the seams. It was obvious that the craftsmanship wasn't great because threads were coming out and the pockets were getting holes. I would suggest not getting any outerwear from this store because it's not very durable or good quality. The customer service wasn't that great either; when I walked in, no one said hi or offered to help me. And they didn't explain the return policy to me clearly until after I had already bought it, which made me unsure about keeping it. Overall, I was really unhappy with my experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Luxury chocolate box
I wasn't very impressed with the customer service experience I had. I bought a fancy chocolate box online and didn't realize until I got the package that one item was missing because it was out of stock. So, I reached out to customer service but they weren't very helpful and told me that the refund amount was accurate. It would have been better if they had checked in with me first to see if I still wanted the order or if I wanted to pick something else.

The stuff in the box was pretty underwhelming. I was really hoping for a bigger variety, but it's mostly just sweets and chips. I thought there would be a more diverse selection of snacks from around the world, but lately it's been pretty lacking. I think there's so much potential for some really cool stuff to try out, but it just hasn't been meeting my expectations.
