The transcriptions I got were bang on - clear and accurate, even with all the fancy medical lingo. I'm always talking to folks for my interviews, using a ton of scientific jargon like disease names, drug treatments, and procedures. But, you know what? They did a stellar job transcribing those tricky terms. It's super important for my job to have that level of precision, and I'm grateful for the effort put into making sure all the info was spot on.

Candle arrived broken
My candle that I bought from Bloomingdale's arrived all smashed up. I was really let down by the way it showed up, so I tried a bunch of times to get it sorted and get a new one. But, the customer service was no help at all and it took forever. I kept getting passed around and nobody could figure things out. I'm thinking of cutting ties with them and cancelling my credit card because of this whole mess.

Incorrect size issue
I had a bit of a problem with my online order recently. I got the wrong size delivered. Since I can't really go out, I had to contact customer service to fix the issue. At first, they told me to send back the item through the post office, but when I explained my situation, they were really understanding. The customer service team fixed everything right away and they were so professional about it. They even said sorry for the mistake and gave me a 10% discount and free shipping on my next order. They also quickly gave me a refund for the item that was out of stock. I was really impressed by their amazing customer service. It was like the good old days when customer service was top-notch. I definitely recommend shopping at SportsDirect for their fantastic customer service.

Recent website platform purchase
I've been feeling pretty let down by the website platform lately. At first, I had a good opinion of their service, but I've run into some problems that their staff didn't handle well. During my last chat with them, they said a big fee would fix an issue, but it turned out that wasn't true. It's not cool that they didn't know what they were talking about and didn't take responsibility. As a customer, I expect them to have good know-how and accuracy in fixing tech problems. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling annoyed and not happy with their service. I'll be checking out other website platforms in the future.

Zipped hoodie in XS
So I picked up this lemon yellow zipped hoodie, you know? It's real thick and looks like it'll hold up forever. The color matches perfectly with the picture. But yeah, it's kinda huge on me. I normally go for XS or S, but the XS I ordered is too baggy. Make sure to take a look at the size chart before purchasing, 'cause they don't do free returns.
