    It's really important to be careful when dealing with this company. After you buy something, make sure to delete your credit card info so you don't get any unexpected charges. I signed up with them about six months ago but had to stop because I couldn't set up my shopping cart due to some personal issues. I was surprised when they took money from my account without telling me first. I only found out when I checked my bank statement. It's really disappointing that they didn't give me a heads up about taking my money. When I reached out to them, they said they wouldn't give me a refund because "all sales are final." Their lack of communication and bad customer service make them look bad and give online businesses a bad name.

    Subscription cancellation issue

    I had a super frustrating time trying to cancel my subscription with this company. I couldn't believe it when I found out I had to pay for any help with the website, and on top of that, it was by the hour! The customer service team seemed more interested in my money than actually helping me out. When I asked for a refund within the 30-day guarantee period, they just ignored my messages and sent me through a cancellation process that didn't result in a refund at all. It took more than 24 hours of going back and forth with the billing team before we finally sorted it out, and even then, they tried to say it was my fault for the mix-up. And to make it worse, their response to my concerns was kinda condescending, with a fake "have a wonderful day!" at the end.

    Got terrible service

    Never order from this place, they are terrible! I tried calling so many times because my order wouldn't go through, but no one helped me out. Customer service and billing were absolutely no help, I am not kidding.

    E-commerce platform

    Spending time on this e-commerce platform is honestly just a waste. I've had to call tech support so many times, but never got any real help. The info on their site is so outdated and not useful at all. It's been a total nightmare trying to work with it. It took me forever to figure things out and it was just so frustrating. The customer service team didn't seem to know what they were doing and I had to figure everything out on my own. The software kept crashing and was so unreliable, which just added to the frustration.<br><br>Overall, my whole experience with this e-commerce platform was a complete disaster. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and efficient platform to run their business on. Save yourself the trouble and look for a better solution elsewhere.

    I'm really happy with this platform, eh. I've used a bunch of others before and they all had some big problems, but Print Cartridge Pro has fixed all that. It's super solid, well-organized, and just does its job! They could maybe work on their communication a bit, but it's not like I really needed to reach out to them anyway. I would definitely recommend Print Cartridge Pro, for sure!

    Online store for 3 years

    Eh, so, I've been using this online store for about 3 years now and I gotta say, it's been pretty awesome, eh. At first, I was all like, "Oh, I can totally build my own website from scratch and all that," but then I realized it's a ton of work, ya know. So, this online store really saves me time and lets me just focus on my business, which is great, eh. And, like, the support team is super helpful, so if you need anything, they got your back, eh. All in all, it's been a pretty sweet experience using this online store, for sure, eh.

    SSL Certificate Issues

    I can't believe they took away the SSL certificate right after we paid for their services. We worked hard to set up our website for a trial, spent time loading data and designing it, only to have them do this once we started paying. And now they want us to pay extra $99 for the SSL certificate that was free during the trial, on top of their normal monthly fees. On top of that, our website is showing as unsecured and we're getting errors about insecure connections when sending information. Not cool at all.

    Unauthorized billing for inactive account

    Watch out for any unexpected charges on your credit card. I got hit with a $99 bill for an app I haven't used in over six months. I'm already shelling out $23.99 every month for my services, so I was pretty shocked to see extra charges for stuff I didn't even agree to. Make sure to keep an eye on your credit card statements so you don't get stuck paying for things you didn't ask for.

    This online store has everything I need, and the templates are decent, but it's tough to understand how to personalize things. It would be helpful if they had a trial site so you could test things before putting them out there. Overall, it's alright but definitely has room for improvements.

    Easy to use online platform

    This website platform is so easy to use and you can make it your own! I really like how I can smoothly go through setting up my site and personalize how it looks with the templates they have. The support team is always ready to assist if I run into any problems, so I don't have to stress out. Having different payment options and showing prices in multiple currencies is a really cool feature that makes my online shop more appealing. The only downside was the price of getting the SSL Certification, it was a bit pricey for me. But overall, I would totally recommend this platform to anyone, especially if you're new to making websites.

    Useless customer service

    I've never had such terrible customer service before! I created several websites with them and whenever I needed assistance, they were absolutely useless. The people they call "developers" couldn't fix any technical problems, so I had to search online to solve everything on my own. I spent hours on the phone with them, hearing the same things over and over because they were completely clueless. Do yourself a favor and just search your technical problems on Google instead!

    Setting up my online store was pretty easy, but getting it just the way I wanted took some time to figure out. The customer support folks were great and really helped me out when I had any problems. But, the whole sales call thing didn't impress me much. Being in Canada meant I had to work around their schedule, not the other way around. Taking calls at 10 pm wasn't exactly convenient for me.

    Ecommerce platform review

    I've been using this ecommerce platform for over 8 years now and it's been super reliable and solid. I love how customizable it is - I can tweak everything from how it looks to how it works to make my online store stand out. What's great is that it already includes a bunch of useful features like email marketing and autoresponders that you'd have to pay extra for with other platforms. Plus, there are tons of apps you can add on to make it even better. Seriously, there's nothing this platform can't do! And whenever I need help, the customer service team is always quick to respond and super helpful.

    3dcart software

    I just bought the 3dcart software and I have to say, their support is top-notch. They really do a great job helping out. I know they must be super busy, but they still manage to get back to you pretty quickly, even after hours. The software itself is way cheaper than BigCommerce and Shopify, but it still has all the same great features and functions. The customer service from these guys is really impressive. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing an affordable e-commerce solution.

    Payment processor flexibility

    I chose this platform mainly because I needed to have different payment options without extra fees and the ability to keep abandoned shopping carts as a standard feature. Even though it meets these needs, my overall experience with this platform has been disappointing. The website works and has all the necessary features, but the customer support is not great. The user interface is slow, not very easy to use, and can be frustrating. Also, I ended up being charged for minor updates, which was annoying. The support articles are old and not accurate, making it hard to fix any problems that come up. Because of all these issues, I'm not sure if I would recommend this platform to others.

    Recent website platform purchase

    I've been feeling pretty let down by the website platform lately. At first, I had a good opinion of their service, but I've run into some problems that their staff didn't handle well. During my last chat with them, they said a big fee would fix an issue, but it turned out that wasn't true. It's not cool that they didn't know what they were talking about and didn't take responsibility. As a customer, I expect them to have good know-how and accuracy in fixing tech problems.     Figured out how to customize shipping and payment settings

    Oh my gosh, I was so ticked off trying to set up my shop for only shipping to California but still accepting payments from everywhere! I was on hold forever for tech support on the phone, and then waited forever in chat for a response that didn't even make sense. Like, did they even read what I asked?? So annoying! I ended up figuring it out all by myself after hours of waiting and searching. Why does everything have to be so complicated?

    eCommerce platform comparison

    As someone who's used 3dcart and another eCommerce platform, I can tell you that setting up and running 3dcart takes a lot of time and effort. They have a bunch of features, but some you have to pay extra for as add-ons. When you look at platforms like Shopify and Woocommerce, 3dcart seems more complicated and probably better for big online stores, not startups. For me, I've found that 3dcart is more of a hassle and takes more time to figure out than other platforms.
