I recently shut down my online store and asked the company to cancel my account. Turns out, they’ve been taking $65 out of my bank account every month for Merchant Services since I closed the store, even though I haven’t been using them. They said they sent an email last year to cancel, but I never got it. So, I’ve been paying for services I haven’t even used for the past 7 months.

I had a frustrating experience with promotions on the website. I placed an order because there was a promotion that said I would get certain gift items if I spent a certain amount. But when I went to check out, the promised items weren't in my cart. I tried reaching out to customer service through chat, but they just said the promotion was over without giving a good reason. This isn't the first time I've had problems with their promotions, and I'm disappointed in how they handle things. Companies should honor the offers they advertise to build trust with customers.

I ordered online and got my stuff pretty fast. Really dig this brand for casual clothes.

I just bought the 3dcart software and I have to say, their support is top-notch. They really do a great job helping out. I know they must be super busy, but they still manage to get back to you pretty quickly, even after hours. The software itself is way cheaper than BigCommerce and Shopify, but it still has all the same great features and functions. The customer service from these guys is really impressive. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing an affordable e-commerce solution.
