I had a really bad time dealing with this company. The whole ordering process was so frustrating and confusing. The instructions were unclear and customer service was no help at all. I faced a bunch of problems when I tried to place my order online, it was a total nightmare. The service was terrible too, the staff was not helpful and honestly quite rude. The prices were high for what I got in terms of quality. And to top it off, my delivery was super late and I had to bug them multiple times before it showed up. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this company after all the trouble I went through.
Online product order
So I just ordered some skincare stuff online and the whole experience was a letdown, eh? I only got one email confirming the order and then nothing else about when it was coming. When I tried to contact customer service to return something, the help was so slow and not reliable, eh? It took forever for them to answer, and when they finally did, they asked for the same info I already gave them. It was so annoying waiting around for help only to get inconsistent support.
Concealer in the wrong shade
I bought a concealer from this store recently and ended up getting the wrong shade twice - got Apricot instead of Peach. Tried ordering it again, but same thing happened. Really disappointed with the lack of attention to detail from the staff and won't be buying anything else from this brand in the future.
Makeup and skincare
I ordered some makeup and skincare products a while back, and it took forever for them to arrive, but they were delivered to the wrong place. I actually wanted them to be sent to a Collection Point, but somehow they ended up at my house. When I called to figure things out, the person I spoke to was really friendly and tried to help, but they mentioned that this mix-up happens quite often. The whole situation was a mess, and the tracking was a disaster. It seems like this is just their way of doing things, which is really disappointing. Plus, they don't even bother responding to complaints properly, they just send out the same generic message every time. So frustrating!
Aromatics perfume
I've been using this perfume for 25 years now and people always compliment me on how nice it smells. But lately, it seems like they changed the formula and now it just stinks. I had to say sorry to a coworker because they didn't like the smell at all. The price has always been high, and now I feel like it's not worth it for something that smells so bad. I used to get the big bottle at the airport for my vacations and even got the matching body cream. It used to smell fancy and sophisticated, but now it just seems cheap and overpowering. It's frustrating that despite complaints since 2017, they haven't gone back to the original formula. So now, I'm thinking of trying different brands for my skincare and perfume.
Mascara in a gift set
I decided to contact customer service through chat to let them know that the mascara in the gift set I bought was all dried up and I couldn't even use it. But the response I got back was pretty disappointing. They said they couldn't do anything since I didn't buy the product directly from them or their authorized sellers. It was frustrating to see them brush off the fact that the product was faulty, especially considering how pricey and well-known their products are. I was hoping for better customer service from them, so now I won't be suggesting their products to others because of this experience.

As someone who's been a loyal customer for a while now, I gotta say, I really like your products, but man, your online shopping experience needs some serious work. Anti-blemish skincare product purchase
I'm so disappointed with how sneaky they're being about whether their stuff is safe for pregnant ladies. It's annoying not getting any straightforward info, and it's kinda reckless since lots of pregnant women probably use their stuff. I've been a loyal customer for more than 15 years, so I was really hoping for more from them.
Recent order delivery issue
So, I decided to order from them for the first time, and honestly, it was a disaster. They tried to deliver it, but it didn't work out because I don't have a concierge in my condo. I made sure to mention this during the online chat I had with their customer service. The person on the chat said they would try sending it again through Canada Post, but that also didn't work. The package ended up coming back to them for a second time. It's frustrating because they didn't pay attention to what I was saying, and now I'm stuck with an order I don't even want anymore. Their service has really gone downhill from how it used to be. All I want now is a refund so I can just move on from this whole mess.

I can't believe it, eh! I bought some awesome stuff on Black Friday and then, after the sale, the website had even more discounts, you know? It's like, why didn't they have those before, eh? I just bought a set of three Almost lipsticks for Christmas presents. But, guess what? When the package came, there was only one lipstick inside! So, I reached out to customer service to fix the mistake. They told me that the missing lipsticks were all sold out. Can you believe that? I was so bummed out and couldn't give the gifts like I planned. It was really annoying, and now I'm not too keen on buying from them again.
