I bought something that was supposed to be small but it turned out to be way bigger than I thought. When I tried to return it, I only got back some of the money I paid, which even included the shipping costs. I was pretty disappointed and felt like the company was trying to trick me. I like their workout stuff, but I won't be buying anything else from them because of their unfair refund policy.

I had a really bad time dealing with this company. The whole ordering process was so frustrating and confusing. The instructions were unclear and customer service was no help at all.
