Skincare products
I had a really bad time dealing with this company. The whole ordering process was so frustrating and confusing. The instructions were unclear and customer service was no help at all. I faced a bunch of problems when I tried to place my order online, it was a total nightmare. The service was terrible too, the staff was not helpful and honestly quite rude. The prices were high for what I got in terms of quality. And to top it off, my delivery was super late and I had to bug them multiple times before it showed up. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this company after all the trouble I went through.

High-quality gear for rucking
The gear I got for rucking is top-notch quality, and you can see that they really put a lot of thought and effort into designing and making these products. Yeah, the price might be a bit high, but the gear is so durable and functional that it's totally worth the investment. Ever since I got this gear, I've been rucking more often and it's made the experience even better. I like that they're made right here in North America, so you know you're getting good quality and ethical manufacturing. I've told my buddies about these products and they were just as impressed with how well they perform and how long they last. And the "Embrace the suck" sticker was a nice touch, really motivating.

Black OPI nail varnish
I just bought a black OPI nail polish from this store because I wanted to try a new color. But when I got home and opened the bottle, I found out it was actually just a clear polish with a black cap. I was really let down by this misleading product, so I decided to return it unused. To my surprise, the store wouldn't give me a refund, even though their website says they will replace or refund products without any exceptions. This inconsistency and lack of customer service has made me really unhappy with my shopping experience at this store. I definitely won't be going back.

Chocolate drink
This chocolate drink is seriously the best I've had in like, forever. It's so delicious, just melts instantly in hot water, and is as silky smooth as it says on the package. If I could, I'd totally give it 7 stars!

Stools
I just bought some stools from this store, and honestly, it was kind of a mixed bag. One of the stools came with a broken foot piece, which was a bummer. I'm not sure if it was a manufacturing problem or if somebody else messed it up and then returned it. But anyways, I got in touch with customer service and they were pretty quick to help. They sent me two new stools to make up for it, which was nice of them. It was a bit annoying dealing with the whole situation, but at least they sorted it out in the end.

I just wanted to share how much I love the portable water filter I got from this company. I'm a big hiker and having clean water to drink is super important for me. Shoes and handbag
My recent experience at Bloomingdale's was terrible. I ordered some shoes and a handbag online, and it was a disaster from beginning to end. They cancelled my order not just once, but twice, and didn't even bother explaining why. When I tried to get help from customer service, the people I spoke to were so unhelpful and rude. Dealing with their incompetence and lack of care was so frustrating. Why do they treat their customers like this? We're the ones who keep them in business. They should show some respect and appreciation for us!

My experience shopping for my wedding registry items at this store was really disappointing. The website's registry function was so primitive and frustrating to use. It didn't link up properly with other stores like Crate & Barrel, which ended up bringing back the wrong purchases to Zola. The address function was also a mess, I wasn't even sure if my packages were going to the right place. And to top it off, the customer support was unreliable. I had to wait a whole day just to get a response to my question.

Steam games purchase
The deals at this online store are really good, especially when they have sales that make things even more tempting. I did notice that the prices for Steam games were sometimes higher than on Steam itself, but when I asked about it, a helpful support person told me that's just how it is for legit online stores.
