Recent migration
I just decided to switch to a new hosting provider because my old one jacked up their prices and lowered their quality. The transition with this new company went super well, no issues or downtime for my websites and emails. Since I made the switch, my sites are running much faster and better. I'm really happy with the service I got and thankful their sales team reached out to me on Twitter.

Delayed account set up
I had a pretty rough time setting up my account with this company. It took way longer than I thought it would. When I mentioned this in a review, they kind of just blamed me, saying there was a hold on my account. But when I talked to customer service, they didn't mention anything like that - just said it was a delay in processing. It's not cool that they're not being upfront and taking responsibility, especially since they're a security company. Trust and honesty should be top priorities for them. I'm not sure if I can trust them with my home security in the future.

Recent customer experience
I gotta tell you about this amazing customer service experience I had recently. So, I wasn't too happy with how things were going when I tried to return my prescription sunglasses and avoid paying extra for the new pair. I spoke with two agents who couldn't really help me out, and I was feeling pretty frustrated with the company. But then, a manager from Vancouver stepped in and completely turned things around for me. She knew her stuff and quickly fixed the problem so I didn't have to pay more than I should. Not only did she solve my issue, but she also made me trust the brand again. Big shoutout to the manager for going above and beyond to give me such great service.

Customer service experience
I had a really tough time talking to the customer service people at this online shop. Even though I mentioned their Amazon payment policy and return options, they weren't helpful at all and didn't try to fix my problem. It was frustrating how they didn't seem to get it or want to help out, and it definitely didn't leave a good impression on me. I won't be buying anything from this store again.
