They suggested I buy their latest software instead of fixing the issue with my current one - But I have a "lifetime license" for PSP 2020! When I mentioned this, they just wanted to sell me more stuff. I felt like they were tricking me, so I told them I was going back to Adobe. Then, the agent just closed my support ticket and said goodbye! What a joke! I recommend staying away from this company. It's a shame because the software is actually a good alternative to Adobe Photoshop. It's weird how they can spam my PC with popups for their new products, but they can't help me reinstall the software I already paid for. What a disgrace.
