My experience with this brand has been super disappointing. I got a $700 gift card to use on their website for writing good reviews, but turns out those reviews were fake. It took forever for the items to show up, and when they finally did, they were all gross and looked like they cost ten bucks. I tried reaching out to customer support, but never heard back from them. And then on top of all that, I found the same jewelry on AliExpress for way cheaper. Total rip-off.

But the whole process of ordering and getting it delivered was pretty disappointing. I got an email saying the order had been shipped, but when I checked the tracking number, there was no updated information, which got me all confused and worried. Then, when the package was supposedly delivered by a courier, they just left it at my front door, which I didn't think was safe for valuable jewelry. When I realized the package was missing, I reached out to both Evri and the company to let them know what happened. Evri looked into it and figured out that the package was either stolen or lost. Even so, I never got the items I ordered. I tried multiple times to get a replacement or a refund, but so far, the issue hasn't been resolved to my satisfaction.

Missing Earrings
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered two earrings but only got one. When I asked for help, they didn't respond at all. Finally, after waiting for over a week, they replied only to close the case without solving the issue. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. I'm starting to wonder if Adina is even a real person because this unprofessionalism is not okay. I've worked in luxury retail before and never experienced such bad service. It's been months dealing with this problem, so now I have to get help from my bank.
