Adinas Jewels - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought a pair of earrings from a jewelry store. Sadly, my order didn't go as well as I hoped. The earrings were nice and good quality, but the other part of my order was missing. I tried contacting customer service many times but haven't heard back. I'm frustrated and disappointed with how they handled it. I also tried reaching out on social media, but no luck. This experience has been one of my worst shopping experiences because of how they didn't reply and didn't fix the problem.

I got my lady a ring for Christmas, but I accidentally got the wrong size. I tried to email the company to figure out how to exchange it, but they took forever to respond. They just kept sending me emails about sales, and couldn't help me with my ring issue at all! Now I have to go get it resized at a local jeweller. It's so frustrating!

I bought some jewelry from Adinas Jewels not too long ago, but I got the wrong item. It's really frustrating because I can't return or exchange the incorrect item without their help. Their lack of communication is really bothering me.

My experience with the December order was disappointing. I ordered 5 items, but only got 3 on time. The other 2 were delayed by a month and never showed up. When I reached out to customer service about the missing items, they weren't very helpful. They asked for a picture of the box the items were in, even though I didn't expect them all to be in one box. The lack of understanding and unhelpful communication left me feeling frustrated. I'm now waiting to see if I'll get a refund for the missing items.

My experience with this jewelry brand was just terrible. I made a big purchase and then got an email saying my order was canceled with no reason. I've been trying to reach their customer service for weeks through email, Instagram, and Facebook, but haven't heard back. And now I see that "Adina" herself blocked me on Instagram! Such a classy move, right? This brand is a total scam, those good reviews must be fake.
