I am never buying from this place again. They sent me the wrong necklace, and after I sent it back as they asked, I've been waiting for over three months for a refund that still hasn't arrived. It's really frustrating. I've contacted customer service several times, but it seems like I'm just being led in circles with no solution in sight. It honestly feels like they're running some kind of scam.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered two earrings but only got one. When I asked for help, they didn't respond at all. Finally, after waiting for over a week, they replied only to close the case without solving the issue. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. I'm starting to wonder if Adina is even a real person because this unprofessionalism is not okay. I've worked in luxury retail before and never experienced such bad service. It's been months dealing with this problem, so now I have to get help from my bank.

I bought two sets of earrings, eh, but one of them was missing one earring, eh! So I sent back one pair, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't got my money back, eh. The customer service ain't even answering me, eh. So unprofessional, I tell ya!
