Multiple large orders
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now and I've always been happy with their service, but my last couple of orders had some problems. One had damaged uprights and the other had the wrong and dirty sheer panels. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but all I got was a busy signal and I couldn't talk to anyone. I also sent some emails, but didn't get any response, even though I tried many times. Not hearing back made me really disappointed and frustrated because I thought they would do better.

I bought a couple of air purifiers from this company recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole experience. Preordered camera
I preordered a camera and had to wait almost a whole month for it to ship because there were way more people wanting it than they thought. Moment kept me in the loop the whole time, letting me know how close I was to getting my hands on it and when it was finally headed my way. Even though the wait was interminable, the camera showed up a day earlier than I thought and I'm totally obsessed with it already.
