I bought some patches the other day, eh? But it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. I think the ones I got might have been fake cause they were way different in quality and size from the real ones. And the packaging looked like someone messed with it and re-sealed it. Pretty disappointing, eh? I thought I was getting the real deal from the store. So from now on, I'll only get patches directly from National Emblem or The Emblem Source, just to be safe, eh?

I gotta say, customer service rep A was really great. He took care of my cancellation and refund super fast and in a professional manner. I don't really have time to use the app anymore, so I'm grateful for the quick and easy process.

So, I totally messed up my order, eh? But thanks to the amazing customer service team, they fixed it before it was too late, eh! I emailed them on a holiday thinking I wouldn't hear back until the next day, but boy was I wrong. They got back to me super fast and sorted everything out, eh. Talk about customer service goals, eh! I couldn't be happier with the experience and I'm definitely coming back for more surprises for my friends. Thank you so much, you guys rock!
