Shuttle booking experience
My experience with Shuttle Finder was not great. When I scheduled a shuttle pickup, the driver was given the wrong address, causing a mix-up and making me wait longer for my ride. I was confused because the incorrect info wasn't in any of my emails confirming the booking. When I tried to cancel my trip back home, I had trouble. The website wasn't working right, and even when I tried reaching out to customer service, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. This made me wonder if the company didn't have enough staff or if they were purposely making it hard for customers to cancel their reservations.

Unresponsive customer service
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this store. No matter how many times I tried to contact them, they totally ignored me. The chat support was no help at all, they said they would follow up but they never did. It's really annoying and not very professional.
