Just got my info and they gave me a bunch of choices based on price, so it was easy to choose the service I wanted.

The customer service experience I had with this company was pretty bad, eh. I tried to cancel my subscription, but ran into a bunch of problems. They made me give a special pin just to email support, and the live chat wasn't even open when us Canadians are awake. Plus, when I called them up, I was stuck on hold forever. It was so annoying not being able to reach them easily, and it made it tough for me to sort out my problem quickly.
