Subscription box for children's educational toys
I'm really disappointed with the customer service I've been getting from this kids' educational toy subscription box. It's not the first time I've had to keep bugging them for help and they just go radio silent. They're always late with sending out kits for my child, even though they swear they'll arrive on time each month. This time, they didn't even bother to tell me anything. I had to contact them two days before the delivery date, just to find out that they never even sent out the kit due to some internal mistake. Instead of really trying to make up for it, they only offered a measly £10 refund and regular delivery. They said they'd give me tracking info soon after I brought it up, but it's been 1.5 days and still nothing. This lack of care and communication is just not okay.

I've tried calling, leaving messages, and even opening a ticket, but I haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating and disappointing to see such a lack of customer support. Some reviewers have recommended other options, so now I'm thinking about switching because of the lack of help from this software company.
