Toy Grip Canister Set
So, I got this Toy Grip Canister Set for my little one and boy, was it a letdown! First off, the company wouldn't let me leave any negative reviews on their site, which was a major red flag right there. Then, to top it off, I preordered the set, only to find out they pulled the plug on the better version after I'd already paid up. When I tried to fork over some extra cash for the original set, they wouldn't budge, blaming it on supposed stock issues. Long story short, they told me they were out of stock and weren't planning on restocking it. The replacement set I got instead was just awful - poor quality, full of defects, and looked super cheap. Needless to say, my baby wasn't a fan of it and I ended up returning it. Dealing with their customer service was a complete nightmare too - unhelpful and clueless on how to handle a refund. All in all, a super disappointing and frustrating experience.
Subscription box
The company tricked me into signing up for a subscription and then said no to giving me any money back for the boxes I didn't want. Their customer service was terrible and not trustworthy at all. It's weird because it looks like other people have had the same bad experience. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company - better to find a more trustworthy and reliable option.
Lovely Baby Play Gym
I bought the baby play gym about six weeks back and wow, I've been really impressed by how well-made and nicely designed it is. It's made with wood, cotton, and silicone which totally matches my values, however I do wish the play mat wasn't acrylic. My 4-month-old has a blast during her mat time, especially with the bell toy. I really like how versatile this product is - it can turn into a tent fort for more play in the future. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase and would totally recommend it to others.
Scary scam
I can't believe what happened to me, eh! I was reading all the comments and found out I wasn't the only one scammed by this company. They took my money and sent me an invoice for something I never bought, eh. I've been trying to get a hold of them through email, but they're not responding. It's so frustrating, eh! I think we all should report them to the authorities before they scam more people, eh.
High quality products, quick boredom
I got this subscription for really good stuff for my kid, but they got bored of it pretty fast. At first, I thought the subscription was just until my kid turned 2, without any mention of more boxes. But when I tried to cancel it just in case, I found out there was no active subscription to stop. It was annoying to realize later on that they had expanded the range and I had been signed up again without me even knowing.
Year Subscription
I was so excited to order a yearly subscription for my kid to get educational toys from this company. But I gotta say, I got real frustrated with all the tiny little pieces that came with each toy. My son keeps losing them, which makes the toys not as fun. When I contacted customer service about replacing one missing puzzle piece, I couldn't believe they wanted to charge me $5 for it. Seemed kinda steep, especially with how much the toys cost. When I decided to cancel my subscription, I brought up this issue as one of the reasons why. Sadly, the customer service response was pretty passive-aggressive, which was super disappointing. I was hoping for better service from a company with expensive toys like that.
Non-delivery, refund process
I bought something from this company not too long ago, but guess what? The package never showed up. Have you ever tried to get a refund from these guys? It was a total pain. And on top of that, the carrier had the nerve to sign for my package themselves! Can you believe it? Let me tell you, I was really let down by the whole ordeal and I wouldn't suggest buying from them. Maybe check out other options like Amazon, even if it might cost a bit more.
Misleading Subscription Sign-Up
This company is up to no good, eh? They're out here tricking customers into subscribing without their knowledge when all they wanted was to buy a single toy. Talk about shady, hey? This sneaky behavior is just not cool and it's left me feeling pretty bitter. I'd recommend avoiding this company altogether because of their shady business tactics.
Surprise gift gone wrong
I thought I was being nice and buying a gift for a friend, but it turns out this company is sneaky and not honest. They charged me $85 nine months later, and then again two months after that. What a rip-off! I had to chat with them because they don't even have a phone number, like what kind of company doesn't have a phone number? I didn't even know I had signed up for a long-term thing, now I'm out $242. Ridiculous! I need to warn everyone about this company and their shady practices.
Montessori toys for 13-15 month old
I've been on the hunt for Montessori toys in Denmark and was so excited to come across these toys that are just right for my child's age. I really like the idea of the shipments being tailored to the child's age, and I can't wait to get more kits. The only downside is that a few of the toys in the kit were ones we already had. But when I look at the value of the kits compared to buying toys separately, it's definitely worth it. However, I am a bit worried about the lack of responses to negative reviews on Trustpilot. It makes me wonder about the customer service.
Playkits
The playkits from this company are top-notch and we use them every day at home. They might be a bit on the pricey side, but we love that they're made with more sustainable and organic materials. When our faucet had a problem, their customer service was amazing - they fixed it right away and sent us a new one without any hassle. And free shipping to Canada for the playkits is definitely a nice bonus!
Playgym and first playkit
As someone who's been working with young children for a while, I recently bought the playgym and first playkit from this company for my brand new granddaughter, and let me tell you, I am super impressed. The stuff is really top-notch and way better than I expected from just looking at pictures online. What really makes this company stand out is the detailed guides that come with each piece of equipment, giving you all the info you need on your baby's growth and how to help them along the way. This was super important for me because my daughter, who works in payroll, needed that kind of guidance. The overall quality of the gear shows that this brand really cares about making great products. I'm a big fan and highly recommend them. And if you're worried about the price, trust me, you definitely get what you pay for with their stuff.
Cool toys
The toys are great, no doubt about it! But how they sneakily sign you up for a subscription without asking is just not cool. You think you're just getting one kit, but surprise surprise, they send you another one out of nowhere! And let me tell you about the $20 referral voucher they promise - turns out it's only worth $10 when you go to use it. So sneaky! It makes me want to bolt, even though the toys are really awesome. What a letdown!
Three boxes
Ya know what, I gotta say, my experience was pretty dang disappointing. So, I bought three boxes and at first, everything seemed cool since I didn't have to deal with the team at all. But then, wham! They go and take $200 from my account for the next box without even asking me. I tried emailing them over and over to cancel the order but got zilch in response. It wasn't until I threatened to get the big dogs involved that they finally got back to me. They took the box back and gave me a refund since I had no plans of using it. But here we are, well over a week later, and I haven't heard a peep about that refund. The whole buying and shipping part? Smooth as butter. Customer service? Leaves a lot to be desired, to say the least. If I were you, I'd watch out for their subscription model so you don't end up in the same boat.
Subscription box for children's educational toys
I'm really disappointed with the customer service I've been getting from this kids' educational toy subscription box. It's not the first time I've had to keep bugging them for help and they just go radio silent. They're always late with sending out kits for my child, even though they swear they'll arrive on time each month. This time, they didn't even bother to tell me anything. I had to contact them two days before the delivery date, just to find out that they never even sent out the kit due to some internal mistake. Instead of really trying to make up for it, they only offered a measly £10 refund and regular delivery. They said they'd give me tracking info soon after I brought it up, but it's been 1.5 days and still nothing. This lack of care and communication is just not okay.
Wrong Kit Received
I ordered the wrong kit and now I can't seem to reach anyone to help me sort it out! My son's birthday is just around the corner and I really needed the correct kit on time. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but no one seems to be answering. I'm feeling super frustrated and let down. I definitely won't be purchasing from them again!
Loved the kits
I loved the toys in those kits for my daughter, she still plays with them even though she's 2 now. Gotta admit, had to stop getting the kits after she turned 1, just got too pricey. Then, totally forgot to cancel the last one and ended up getting charged for it, messed up my account big time. Managed to reach out to the company to get a refund, they were good at explaining how to return the kit. Sent it back in February, but when I checked in recently, got no response. Now I'm broke and don't even have the kit anymore! So bummed, used to be a huge fan of their stuff.
Quality toys
The quality of the toys from this company is top-notch, but let me tell you, the process of buying them is a total nightmare. It's not as easy as just putting things in your cart and checking out. They make you jump through all kinds of hoops, like giving info about your kid and signing up for a subscription. I just wanted to get some kits for different kids, but it felt like they were trying to force me into a subscription I didn't even want. And once I finally made the purchase, I had to deal with canceling that darn subscription. Honestly, it's so annoying and completely unnecessary.
Unaffordable products
I recently bought some stuff from this company and man, was I ever let down by those crazy high prices. My kid has some special needs, so I was really looking to find some products that would work for them, but no luck with Lovevery. It seems like they're more focused on catering to rich folks and celebs, not regular folks like me.
Box purchase for granddaughter
I just bought a box for my granddaughter, who's going to be turning two in December. I'm so happy with the quality and all the learning she's getting from it. The shipping was super fast, and I was really impressed with how sturdy and awesome the toys in the box are. At first, I thought it was a bit pricey, but when you break it down per month, it's really worth it compared to always buying new cheap toys. The mix of learning and fun in these boxes is great, and it's already helping my granddaughter learn and play in a fantastic way.
