High quality products, quick boredom
I got this subscription for really good stuff for my kid, but they got bored of it pretty fast. At first, I thought the subscription was just until my kid turned 2, without any mention of more boxes. But when I tried to cancel it just in case, I found out there was no active subscription to stop. It was annoying to realize later on that they had expanded the range and I had been signed up again without me even knowing.

Eh, my experience with the customer service at this store was beyond amazing, I tell ya. Had a bit of trouble with a promo code that was really getting on my nerves, but the representative I spoke to, Nataly G, was so nice, empathetic, and sorted it out real quick. In less than 10 minutes, she had everything fixed up and I left the store feeling all kinds of good. Aligners purchase
The experience of buying aligners was pretty good overall. I had a little issue when I called ahead to ask if I could come in early because the person who picked up the phone wasn't very friendly. But when I got there, I was pleasantly surprised by the great service from the young woman helping me out. She really knew her stuff and made me feel comfortable by explaining everything about the process. The only thing that could be better is training up the receptionist a bit.
