    Walker with arm extension

    After my recent surgery, I needed a walker with an arm extension to help me during my rehabilitation. I found the perfect one on this website at a much lower price than what I was originally quoted at the hospital. I was hesitant to spend more money after already investing in other expensive rehabilitation equipment, but the sale price on this site made it much more affordable for me. I decided to go for expedited shipping, even though I was not expecting it to arrive so soon. To my surprise, the walker with the arm extension was delivered on the same day I returned home from the hospital. I cannot express how grateful I am for the quick delivery and excellent customer service I received.

    I've been coming back to this place quite a bit, mostly for adult diapers. My past experiences have been okay, but the real deal is how a company handles things when there's an issue. Recently, I ran into a problem with a product and reached out to them for help. Even after sending multiple emails and proof of the issue, all I got in return were empty promises and excuses. It's been three weeks since I first complained, and they haven't done anything about it. When I called, the reps were nice but didn't really do much to help, just kept giving me the same old responses. If you ever have an issue with your order, don't bank on this company for support. Skip the hassle and talk to your credit card company instead. Oh, and on top of all that, they only post positive reviews on their site, not the negative ones. It's frustrating and shows they're not being upfront. Always check Trust Pilot for honest reviews before buying here.

    I found the customer service pretty nice, but they gave me wrong info about when my order would arrive. Even after I tried to cancel and went to a different company, the order still showed up, so now I gotta deal with returning it and paying restocking fees. Ugh, definitely not buying from here again.

    damaged shipment and incorrect items

    My recent experience with that company was super disappointing. The package I got was all torn up from UPS, and they put the wrong stuff in my mailer with the packing slip. When I talked to customer service at HPFY, they weren't much help and just kept asking for a pic of the right packing slip, which I never got. I tried a bunch of times to fix things, but they kept stalling and didn't offer to send me the right product or give me my money back. And to top it off, the other thing I ordered still hasn't even been shipped. I definitely won't be using this company again.

    Splint order, face cream for redness, expedited shipping

    HPFY is the absolute worst, eh? Their website makes it look like they've got only top-notch reviews, but my experience was a total disaster. They managed to mess up my order not once, but twice! First off, they sent it to the wrong address and didn't even wanna give me a refund. Then, on top of that, they sent me some splints that they don't even make anymore and a face cream that didn't do a darn thing. And the cherry on top? They didn't even bother to reply to any of my emails asking for a refund on the rush shipping I paid for! How is that good service, eh? They couldn't care less about us customers!

    The online order form for the compression socks I bought was acting up, so I had to give customer service a ring to get my order in. I was pretty bummed about having to pay an extra $6.99 for delivery and waiting 24-28 days for it to arrive. After dealing with all that, I shot off a bunch of emails to let them know how disappointed I was, but didn't hear back from anyone. It's clear that this company doesn't really care about its customers. Even after trying to get in touch with Marina Girard, the Director of Customer Services, and the CEO, my concerns were never fully addressed.

I've been told three times that my order was sent to the warehouse or that management knows about it, but still no sign of it.     I just bought a Drive 12 inch Suction Cup Grab Bar and FLA Orthopedics Posture Control Shoulder Brace from HPFY. It didn't turn out too great though, since I got charged but my order wasn't processed. I tried reaching out through email and text a few times but didn't get any replies. I even attempted to call internationally from the UK, only to be directed to a voicemail saying they were on vacation. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company because of their poor customer service and communication.
