Well you know, I've tried out aligners before and I gotta say, my overall experience with it was just alright. The results were okay, nothing extraordinary. They were comfy to wear, but didn't really make a huge difference in my smile like some other products. Ordering was easy peasy, nothing to write home about. I did like the whole online process though, pretty convenient. But it was pretty similar to what other companies offer. Price-wise, it was not bad, but there are better deals out there. Delivery was on point, packaging was good, so no complaints there. Basically, it was decent, nothing to shout from the rooftops about, you know?

The guy who did our scan and initial visit was great! He was so patient and just a really nice dude. This was my second time coming here, as my older son got the aligners a year ago. Now it's my daughter's turn to get them. I highly recommend the whole process!

The clinic itself was also really great, super clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better.

As a parent of a 13-year-old son with autism, I was a bit unsure about starting Clear aligners treatment. But let me tell ya, the folks at the local store were so kind and really took their time with my child, making sure he felt relaxed and happy during the whole thing. They listened to us, answered all our questions, and made us feel at ease. The only small hiccup was that the online stuff didn't totally match up with what happened in person.

I just went to the dentist to get my teeth straightened, and the dentist was great, but the customer service was not. They messed up my treatment plan, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. I've been getting treatment for four years now and my teeth still aren't straight. Even though I was unhappy, the customer service wouldn't give me a refund and only offered me a small amount to make up for their mistake. It's really disappointing how they didn't communicate well or try to understand my frustration.
