Orthodontic treatment
My time at the clinic was amazing. I was pretty nervous when I first got there for my appointment, not really sure what to expect. But my SmileGuide was Rue, and he totally made me feel comfortable with his positive energy and friendly attitude. Rue was really professional, knew his stuff, and took the time to walk me through the whole process, which made me feel confident about the treatment. Because of Rue, I'm really looking forward to starting this journey towards a brand new smile. The clinic itself was also really great, super clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better.
Aligners purchase
The experience of buying aligners was pretty good overall. I had a little issue when I called ahead to ask if I could come in early because the person who picked up the phone wasn't very friendly. But when I got there, I was pleasantly surprised by the great service from the young woman helping me out. She really knew her stuff and made me feel comfortable by explaining everything about the process. The only thing that could be better is training up the receptionist a bit.
Clear aligners treatment
As a parent of a 13-year-old son with autism, I was a bit unsure about starting Clear aligners treatment. But let me tell ya, the folks at the local store were so kind and really took their time with my child, making sure he felt relaxed and happy during the whole thing. They listened to us, answered all our questions, and made us feel at ease. The only small hiccup was that the online stuff didn't totally match up with what happened in person.
Invisalign aligners purchase
I had a great time getting my Invisalign aligners at my appointment. The person helping me was really nice and made sure to keep me updated on any possible delays. Even though she was the only one working, she did a great job and made me feel at ease the whole time. The appointment was fast, clear, and to the point, which I liked. I would definitely tell others to go to this place because of how well they treated me.
Aligners
Well you know, I've tried out aligners before and I gotta say, my overall experience with it was just alright. The results were okay, nothing extraordinary. They were comfy to wear, but didn't really make a huge difference in my smile like some other products. Ordering was easy peasy, nothing to write home about. I did like the whole online process though, pretty convenient. But it was pretty similar to what other companies offer. Price-wise, it was not bad, but there are better deals out there. Delivery was on point, packaging was good, so no complaints there. Basically, it was decent, nothing to shout from the rooftops about, you know?
Aligners for my daughter
The guy who did our scan and initial visit was great! He was so patient and just a really nice dude. This was my second time coming here, as my older son got the aligners a year ago. Now it's my daughter's turn to get them. I highly recommend the whole process!
Quick and Affordable Online Service
I just bought a teeth alignment kit online and I gotta say, the whole process was super smooth. The price was great and I was so relieved I didn't have to spend a fortune on it. The staff who helped me out were really nice and knew their stuff, which made me feel at ease and well looked after. All in all, it was a really nice experience that I would totally recommend to others.

The staff was really helpful in giving us all the info we needed about the treatment. They were patient and took the time to explain everything. I did ask about any deals, like buy one, get one free, because I'm getting the treatments as gifts for two teenage girls. Any promotions would be awesome! Thanks so much.
Great experience with knowledgeable staff
I had such an amazing time dealing with this company, all the way from the beginning to the end. The people there, especially Amber, were super nice and really knew their stuff. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them.

Teeth alignment
I had a great experience with my rep, Rikki - she really knew her stuff and helped me out a lot with getting my teeth all straightened. But then, outta nowhere, the company shut down and I lost the money I put down at the start. It was a bit of a bummer overall.
My braces
Oh my gosh, my dentist was seriously the best. They were super nice and explained everything to me before getting started. I was pretty nervous at first, but by the end I was totally excited! I was grinning like crazy on my way back home and couldn't stop talking about it!
Gud Experience
Edwin from Nashville was great! He was really friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything about SmileDirect. He didn't push me to buy the more expensive option, which I appreciated. I chose what I wanted, and he made sure everything was done perfectly.
Quick and efficient retouch
I popped in for a quick touch-up and was really impressed with how clean and inviting the place was. Luci was amazing and took care of all my worries, making me feel much better about everything. Definitely loving the way Smile Direct does things!
New Smile Kit
So I got this awesome new smile kit, eh? And let me tell ya, the person who helped us out, Cindy, she was amazing. She totally knew her stuff and made my sister and me feel really comfortable and excited for our new smiles. She was like a teeth wizard or something.
Teeth straightening treatment
I just went to the dentist to get my teeth straightened, and the dentist was great, but the customer service was not. They messed up my treatment plan, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. I've been getting treatment for four years now and my teeth still aren't straight. Even though I was unhappy, the customer service wouldn't give me a refund and only offered me a small amount to make up for their mistake. It's really disappointing how they didn't communicate well or try to understand my frustration.
