Empty package
I just bought a watch online and when the package arrived, there was nothing inside! I tried contacting customer service for help, but they were no help at all. It's been the worst online shopping experience ever. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with the poor service and lack of attention to detail.

Travel blanket
I recently decided to give this store another chance after a bad customer service experience before. I bought a travel blanket from their outlet section and needed help folding it, but the staff rudely told me to check YouTube for help. I was surprised at how unhelpful they were. Customers should be able to get proper assistance from staff, no matter where the product was purchased. This experience really turned me off, so I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Win10 activation code purchase
The service I got from this platform was awesome. I got my Win10 activation code super quick after buying it at a really good price. But, just a heads up, if you're not patient or good at following instructions, you might have some trouble. It's too bad that some people like that end up giving negative reviews just because they can't handle it.

Plan upload restrictions
I was pretty disappointed to find out that I couldn't upload a plan without shelling out some cash, even though I signed up for a supposedly 'free' account. It was annoying not having that info upfront. I get why they have a paid version, but it would've been nice to know about it earlier.

Year Subscription
I was so excited to order a yearly subscription for my kid to get educational toys from this company. But I gotta say, I got real frustrated with all the tiny little pieces that came with each toy. My son keeps losing them, which makes the toys not as fun. When I contacted customer service about replacing one missing puzzle piece, I couldn't believe they wanted to charge me $5 for it. Seemed kinda steep, especially with how much the toys cost. When I decided to cancel my subscription, I brought up this issue as one of the reasons why. Sadly, the customer service response was pretty passive-aggressive, which was super disappointing. I was hoping for better service from a company with expensive toys like that.
