    Cute backpack

    I found this really cute backpack and it's great for school! The colors are so nice and it fits all of my stuff. But when I ordered it online, there was a mistake and I had to call customer service. They were a bit rude and didn't really assist me. Nonetheless, I still really like the backpack!

    Travel blanket

    I recently decided to give this store another chance after a bad customer service experience before. I bought a travel blanket from their outlet section and needed help folding it, but the staff rudely told me to check YouTube for help. I was surprised at how unhelpful they were. Customers should be able to get proper assistance from staff, no matter where the product was purchased. This experience really turned me off, so I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

    New Harry Potter line

    I need to say I'm quite disappointed with the new Harry Potter line that just launched. I love Vera Bradley and Harry Potter, so I was really excited to get some items from the collection. But the website kept crashing, and I had trouble placing an order. Then when I tried to reach customer service for help, the line was down too. It was so frustrating that the company wasn't prepared, and I ended up feeling irritated and let down. It's too bad that such a fun shopping experience turned into a stressful one because of their poor planning.

    Expensive Harry Potter purse, double charged, rude customer service, missing package, filing UPS claim

    I recently bought my mom an expensive Harry Potter purse as a gift, but it turned out to be a real headache. I was charged twice for the $100 purchase - once during the transaction and again when it shipped. When I reached out to customer service to sort it out, they were super rude. It took them days to fix the mistake. To top it off, the package never showed up even though the tracking said it was delivered. Now I have to deal with filing a claim with UPS because Vera Bradley didn't give them my mom's apartment number. It's been a total disaster. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

    Floral backpack

    This company has totally let me down. I ordered a floral backpack back in May and it's almost July now and still no sign of my package or refund. I've emailed them multiple times and even got a promise of a refund on Instagram, but still no money back. It's so annoying to be kept in the dark, especially with all the shipping delays happening because of the pandemic. They need to step up their communication game and actually follow through on their promises. Can't believe how they're handling this.

Gotta say, the masks from this company are amazing. The quality is top-notch. The straps are a bit big, but the tips they gave on adjusting helped a lot. And the price is really good compared to others. I've paid way more for masks that aren't as good as these. Plus, they arrived quickly, unlike others that take forever.     Order from fake website

    I just bought something from what I thought was a legit website, but turns out it was a total scam. They had all the signs of being a reliable online store, with fake good reviews and pop-ups saying people had just ordered. But after waiting three weeks for my stuff to come, I emailed their customer service and got a vague answer saying they didn't have my order on file. Even when I showed them proof, they didn't do anything about it. Luckily, my credit card company gave me a refund.

    If you're looking for some cute and durable accessories, you gotta check out this store! I'm totally in love with all the different prints and patterns they have. The outlet store nearby always has awesome deals, so it's really budget-friendly to grab all the things I need.

    The strap on my big travel duffle bag broke after hardly any use. Even though I showed proof of its low quality to the company, they wouldn't give me a new one. The stuff they used to make the bag seems flimsy or messed up. I'm not happy with how they're not helping me out and their customer service.

    I recently bought a backpack and wallet online, but the whole thing turned out to be a disaster. Ordering was easy, but things went south when I used the wrong card to pay.     Backpacks and Lunchboxes

    Me and my girls went to the mall in Cool Springs, Tennessee, all pumped to look at some new backpacks and lunchboxes for school. When we got to the store, the customer service was disappointing. The staff was snarky and really rude the whole time we were shopping. We ended up spending over $300 there, expecting better treatment for that amount. But we left feeling disappointed and upset because of how disrespectful and unpleasant the employees were. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this really stuck with me and I won't be going back to that store anytime soon.

    Recent disappointing purchase

    I've been a loyal customer for years, but I have to say, I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase. The quality of the product has gone down for sure. The lining of the bag is no longer made from the coordinating quilted cotton, which was one of the main reasons I loved the brand in the first place. The pockets don't hold items properly anymore and the overall feel of the bag is cheap, even though the price is still the same. If this keeps up, I might have to say goodbye to Vera for good.

    Purse strap broke after light use

    I bought a purse from the store last fall. After using it for only four months, the metal piece attaching the strap broke. I went back to the store to try and get it fixed, but they said there's no warranty for Vera Bradley products. I contacted customer service online for help, but got the same disappointing answer. It's really not cool with me that a company won't back their product, especially after only four months. Because of their lack of support and quality, I won't be buying from them again.

    Lost package, $100 bag

    So I ordered this really cute bag for my trip, eh? But guess what? It got lost! Can you believe that? And they won't even refund me or send me a new one. Their customer service is the absolute worst, eh? They're just telling me to wait a few more days, like what? I needed that bag for my trip and now I'm just stuck without it and out of my money, you know? Seriously? I should have just bought a bag from Kate Spade, they have the best service. They replaced my bag for free when it tore and didn't make me wait forever for a response. Like, why can't all companies be like them, eh?

    Vera Bradley Outlet Bag

    I've been a big fan of Vera Bradley for a while now and have bought a bunch of their patterns in the past that I've really liked. But I recently got a Vera Bradley outlet bag as a gift from my sister and I have to say, I was pretty bummed out by the quality. The lining inside the bag is nylon and it's not attached very well, so the pockets kind of cave in when I put stuff in them. And on top of that, the base of the bag is made of cardboard that I can't take out, so it's hard to clean the bag properly. It's disappointing to see a drop in quality compared to what I've bought from their regular store before. I've heard that a lot of companies make lower-quality stuff specifically for outlet stores, and it looks like Vera Bradley might be doing the same thing.

    Eh, so get this, I got this awesome backpack from this online store, and man, I was so excited to use it for school and everything. But then, like, twice in a row, I didn't get everything I ordered! The first time, this really nice lady sorted it out and gave me a refund. But the second time, they totally brushed me off! They blamed the shipping for my missing item, but come on, the box was in perfect shape - they just forgot to pack my stuff. So not cool, definitely not reliable.
