I bought four women's elbow-length tees from this store not long ago, and I gotta say, I'm super disappointed with the quality of what I got. So I made an online purchase the other day, and let me tell you, the customer service was a total letdown. I bought a purse from the store last fall. After using it for only four months, the metal piece attaching the strap broke. I went back to the store to try and get it fixed, but they said there's no warranty for Vera Bradley products. I contacted customer service online for help, but got the same disappointing answer. It's really not cool with me that a company won't back their product, especially after only four months. Because of their lack of support and quality, I won't be buying from them again.
