A bra with faulty strap
I bought a bra from this brand not too long ago, and I was really let down when one of the straps started falling apart after just a few months of wear. I tried to contact customer service a few times to sort it out, but every time I was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever had. It’s just not right for a bra to fall apart so fast, especially when they cost so much. I definitely won’t be buying from this brand again and I won’t be suggesting it to others.

Fast shipping for a new charger
I needed to get a new 67W charger and thought I'd order from this website because I like tech stuff from outside North America. The price was a bit steep for my liking, but the quick shipping with DHL Express made it worth it. The charger showed up in just 2 days, which was pretty cool. All in all, I was happy with my buy and would think about ordering from here again down the road.

Car towed from Neighbor parking
Man, I'm so pissed off! I parked my car in a Neighbor parking spot and it got towed! Like, seriously? I've used Neighbor before to store my car when I go on trips, and it was all good. But this time, I came back and my car was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the host, no answer. So, I called Neighbor Customer Service and the lady was nice but couldn't really help except reach out to the host. The cops confirmed my car had been towed and I had to fork out a ton of cash to get it back. Can you believe Neighbor won't even cover the towing fees? Like, come on! I shelled out to store my car and they're washing their hands of it. Total rip-off!

Terrible customer service, eh? Can't believe they double-charged me and took forever to refund. Can't trust them with big purchases now. The lack of transparency is just not cool. And now, hearing bad stuff about the jewelry I got, with possible clasp problems. Might have to return the bracelet if they don't fix things up. Really hoping I don't have to deal with more of their mess-ups.
