Man, I'm so pissed off! I parked my car in a Neighbor parking spot and it got towed! Like, seriously? I've used Neighbor before to store my car when I go on trips, and it was all good. So, I called Neighbor Customer Service and the lady was nice but couldn't really help except reach out to the host. The cops confirmed my car had been towed and I had to fork out a ton of cash to get it back. Can you believe Neighbor won't even cover the towing fees? Like, come on! I shelled out to store my car and they're washing their hands of it. Total rip-off!
