I used to always tell my friends how great this company was, but now I can't do that. They decided to lower the cash-back rates on their packages and it really made their deals not as good. I enjoyed being able to get rewards for my everyday purchases, but now it's just not worth it. I think they really disappointed their loyal customers.

I had some trouble at first with my first pair of shoes, but the customer service I got when I swapped them out was top-notch. The new shoes did the job during my big trip abroad. They were comfy and looked good, giving me the support I needed for all that walking. My only gripe is that sometimes the soles slip out the back when I don't wear socks.

Me and my girls went to the mall in Cool Springs, Tennessee, all pumped to look at some new backpacks and lunchboxes for school. When we got to the store, the customer service was disappointing. The staff was snarky and really rude the whole time we were shopping. We ended up spending over $300 there, expecting better treatment for that amount. But we left feeling disappointed and upset because of how disrespectful and unpleasant the employees were. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this really stuck with me and I won't be going back to that store anytime soon.

Got an amazing deal on a hotel and booking it was so easy. It was my first time using this service, so I was a bit unsure, but everything worked out great. The hotel was just like they said it would be, and the whole process was super smooth and stress-free. Definitely gonna use this service again in the future!

I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how careful they are with where my money goes after buying their products. A big chunk of it goes towards cleaning up plastic and other environmental projects, while the rest of it helps out the employees in Bali who make the bracelets and do clean-up work. It's so nice to see them being so open about how they're using my cash. And the fact that the owners only take home $50,000 a year really says something about how much they believe in their cause. I'm proud to support a company that not only looks out for the environment but also creates jobs in a place like Bali.

I had a terrible experience with this company's customer service. They added extra fees I wasn't told about, and my order from November 8th still hasn't arrived. I've emailed them twice asking about my purchase, but I haven't heard back. The prices for their dog stuff are really high, so you'd think they'd treat their customers better, but that's not the case.

So, I finally got my hands on these new clothes I've been eyeing for a while now, and let me tell you, the customer service was just awful. The delivery took forever and I got my clothes bit by bit. And when I tried to return something, they accused me of returning items from other stores, like seriously? I don't even shop there! And now they're not even responding to me, like, what's up with that?
