I purchased a star, eh, but couldn't locate it anywhere. The app I was using was all wonky, and the customer service was just brutal. So I decided to try out a different app from another company, and you know what? It actually works! So happy I made the switch, hoser.

I really enjoy shopping at this place because they always have the parts I need for my bikes, whether they're old or new. Plus, they have some really cool accessories that I can't seem to find anywhere else. Just the other day, I did a handlebar swap and I needed a new set of grips but I didn't want to have to cut off the old ones. Luckily, I found an OEM set at a great price and they arrived super fast! I'll definitely be coming back here again in the future.

I'm really upset about the service I got from that company. I ordered something and it never showed up at my place. I tried to contact customer service by email a few times to fix the problem and get my money back, but no one has gotten back to me yet. It's not cool that they're not communicating with me and not fixing their mistake. If I don't get my refund soon, I'm gonna call my credit card company to reverse the charge.

Omg, I can't even believe it, the pillow I ordered was a total nightmare online shopping experience! I messed up the address and tried to reach out right away, but they weren't available over the weekend. The order got sent out automatically and when I tried to fix it, they were incredibly rude! They straight up told me, "Sorry, can't help you". Seriously, like, what? I had to send more emails just to get them to hear me out. And they wanted to charge me more than the shipping cost to return it - nope, not happening! Definitely not shopping with them again!

I recently bought this software called Partition Tool and, sure, it did what it promised to do. But gotta say, the whole experience was not great. Like, there was no feedback or progress updates during tasks, so using it ended up being super annoying and taking up a lot of time.

I really don't like the new software. I preferred the old one because it was much better. The new software feels like a game and it's taking me a lot longer to pick up new words now. The AI conversations are so all over the place, they don't even match my skill level. It's pretty useless and not helping me at all. I wish they stuck with the old software - it was way more practical and simpler to learn from.

Oh man, let me tell you, the mattress and pillows I got from this company? Life-changing for sure. That Purple Grid technology they use? It's like a hug for your body, so supportive and comfy. I used to wake up feeling all achy and sore, but now? I'm waking up feeling like a whole new person, ready to tackle whatever the day throws at me. And don't even get me started on the pillows - they're like little clouds for my head, keeping their shape and making my sleep quality so much better. Seriously, best purchase I've made in a long time. Can't say enough good things about them.

Stayed at this hotel and man, it stank like gasoline. It was legit dangerous for us, like seriously not safe. We asked them to do something about it, but they ignored us. So we had to bounce in the middle of the night with no place to crash. Tried to complain to Hotels.com but all they did was offer a lame 10% off the next time we book. Bro, that ain't right!
