Travel pillow
So, I bought this travel pillow, right? And let me tell you, it was so uncomfortable. It just pushed right up on my neck too high, and it ended up putting pressure on my collarbone. It was just not a good time, you know? Definitely didn't help me relax while traveling at all.
I tried to return it, but man, it was not easy. They only communicated with me in English, which made it even more difficult. And then the whole return process was a hassle. I had to pay for the shipping to send it back. It was just a big headache.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying this pillow. It just didn't do what it claimed to do, which was make traveling more comfortable. Pretty disappointing.Neck pillow unsuitable for narrow necks
I was pretty bummed out about the neck pillow I bought because it wasn't made with women's narrower necks in mind. Still, I went ahead and bought it since I needed a new travel pillow. When I got it, I wrote a negative review explaining what I didn't like and how they could make it better. But, to my surprise, they never posted my review. It feels like they're trying to hide any criticism, which doesn't seem very honest to me.
Heated Neck Pillow
The heated neck pillow is way too light and awkward around my neck. Such a waste of money! The other things I got were just alright, nothing to write home about. Dealing with customer service was a hassle, they just don't listen and always try to blame me. And to top it off, they charged me more than they initially said for returning the pillow. Not cool at all.

Omg, I can't even believe it, the pillow I ordered was a total nightmare online shopping experience! I messed up the address and tried to reach out right away, but they weren't available over the weekend. The order got sent out automatically and when I tried to fix it, they were incredibly rude! They straight up told me, "Sorry, can't help you". Seriously, like, what? I had to send more emails just to get them to hear me out. And they wanted to charge me more than the shipping cost to return it - nope, not happening! Definitely not shopping with them again!
Purchased misleadingly
I ordered something online and they said I was gonna get free shipping, but then they charged me $14 when I placed the order. The customer service told me it's because I'm in Australia, but they didn't explain that on their website. It's so frustrating!
Eye mask and pillow
I got the eye mask last year and really liked it, so I thought I'd give the new pillow a try. I've been using it for a week and my neck pain is totally gone! If you often wake up with a sore neck, I definitely suggest checking out this pillow.

I have to say, the customer service I got was just amazing. Patricia, the person I talked to, was so helpful and really went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered and that I got what I needed. She came up with a solution that not only met but actually surpassed my expectations. It's not often you find such great customer service nowadays, and I really appreciate all the help I got.
Heated neck wrap with bag
So, I bought this heated neck wrap not long ago, and it came with a handy bag to keep it in and protect it. But, I ended up losing the bag after just a few weeks of using it. I reached out to customer service, hoping to get a replacement, but I was out of luck. They told me they didn't have any extras in stock. I was pretty disappointed with the lack of help and felt let down by their customer service.
Eye Mask, Heatbag, and Light Versatile Pillow
I picked up an eye mask, heatbag, and light versatile pillow from OstrichPillow. I'm really impressed with the quality of all three products and they didn't break the bank. I actually got them through Kickstarter campaigns. The eye mask is super comfy and really helps me get some good shut-eye, the heatbag is awesome for kicking back, and the light versatile pillow is a game-changer for travel. I even grabbed some heatbags as gifts for my friends and fam, and treated myself to an extra clay bag. All in all, I'm really happy with my buys and would totally recommend them to anyone.

Hey there, just a heads up for my fellow U.K. buyers - the website might not actually be as local as you think. I recently got hit with a huge £240.00 import fee, almost half of what I paid for my items! At first, I was told I had to pay it, but I decided to refuse the package. Luckily, the person in charge of first impressions stepped in and assured me they would provide better training for their team and resolve my problem. However, my bank was already in the process of doing a chargeback. UPS wasn't much help either since I wasn't the one who sent the package. In the end, my items showed up without any import fees and even came with a bonus gift to make up for the hassle. Massive shoutout to the Director of First Impressions for coming through in the clutch. Just a friendly suggestion - maybe consider reaching out to customer service before you make any purchases.
International purchase headache
As a customer from the UK, I'm really disappointed with how unresponsive this company has been. I sent back my items weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about whether they got them or when I'll get my refund. I've tried emailing and chatting multiple times, but no one has responded. It's super frustrating and now I have to get my credit card company involved to sort this out. It's just really disappointing to see such poor customer service.
Unsatisfied with the product
I'm not happy with the product I bought. I want to return it for a refund but the return process is so complicated and doesn't follow Canadian laws. It feels like the company is trying to make it hard for customers to get their money back. I won't be buying from them again.

I was so pumped to get my fancy neck pillow, but it never showed up. The shipping company they used was the absolute worst and now my package is MIA. When I contacted the seller for help, they only spoke English and wanted me to find the missing package. They didn't even offer to send a replacement, so now I'm left with nothing and less money in my pocket.

Trying to reach customer service has been useless because my emails keep bouncing back, so I'm stuck with no way to get help. I bought a travel pillow at the airport for my flight and when I opened it, I saw that the stuffing was coming out from different seams. I reached out to customer service with info and photos, but they wouldn't give me a new pillow. I'm really let down by the bad quality and lousy customer service.

I tell ya, I ordered this pillow and it was a total disaster. Asked for it to be delivered real fast, but it didn't show up until a whole week later when I was already at camp. Couldn't even use it! I let them know how upset I was, but they just turned around and blamed me for it! Can you believe that? They didn't even try to make things right and instead made me feel small. And on top of it all, I gotta pay to send it back! I mean, c'mon, I shouldn't have to pay for their screw-up!

I recently bought two eye masks from a crowdfunding campaign, planning to give them as Christmas gifts. But when I got them, the boxes were all squished and messed up, so they wouldn't work as presents. I tried reaching out to customer service for a replacement or refund, but they were pretty unhelpful. Their responses didn't really address my concerns properly and one even said I had to send the masks back to the US on my own dime for a refund. I've been a loyal customer of this brand before and always liked their products.
