Neck pillow unsuitable for narrow necks
I was pretty bummed out about the neck pillow I bought because it wasn't made with women's narrower necks in mind. Still, I went ahead and bought it since I needed a new travel pillow. When I got it, I wrote a negative review explaining what I didn't like and how they could make it better. But, to my surprise, they never posted my review. It feels like they're trying to hide any criticism, which doesn't seem very honest to me.

Bike purchase
I was kinda worried about my bike order, but they were really understanding. They had to get it from another place first and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. The bike came fully assembled and ready to ride, no issues there. The only downside was the tracking. It was confusing and the links kept taking me to the homepage instead of the tracking page. I had to reach out to them for the correct link. It would be much better if the tracking was simplified, especially for pricey items like bikes.

Prom dress order missing
I ordered a prom dress and they said it would come in 5-10 business days. But it's been way longer than that and still no sign of my order. I'm really bummed out and stressed because my senior prom is coming up soon and I might not have a dress. I tried contacting customer service by email, but got no reply. It's frustrating cause I've heard so many good things about this company.

I recently went to CHATTERS to get my hair dyed after avoiding it for more than 5 years. My stylist, Kait, was amazing! She not only made my dull hair look brighter but also really listened to what I wanted and totally nailed the look I was going for. Kait is not only super talented but also one of the friendliest stylists I've ever met. Her focus on the little details and her ability to make my vision a reality really made my time at CHATTERS incredible. I would definitely recommend Kait to anyone looking for an awesome stylist.
