It feels like they're trying to hide any criticism, which doesn't seem very honest to me.

The bike came fully assembled and ready to ride, no issues there. The only downside was the tracking. It was confusing and the links kept taking me to the homepage instead of the tracking page. I had to reach out to them for the correct link. It would be much better if the tracking was simplified, especially for pricey items like bikes.
