The heated neck pillow is way too light and awkward around my neck. Such a waste of money! The other things I got were just alright, nothing to write home about. Dealing with customer service was a hassle, they just don't listen and always try to blame me. And to top it off, they charged me more than they initially said for returning the pillow. Not cool at all.

Hotwire totally messed up my pickup and dropoff times with the rental company, so now I gotta pay more than they initially said. I even showed them screenshots of the correct info I put in, but they wouldn't help me out. Total bummer.

I just booked a room online at an Inn I wanted to stay at, but when I called to confirm, they said they were fully booked. The agent recommended looking for another hotel nearby. I went back to the website and managed to book a room from the available options. The website was user-friendly, although it took a bit to load when I clicked on the booking tab. I'm hoping everything goes smoothly with the reservation and I have a good stay.
