Hotel booking experience
My experience with the customer service rep, Neal, was amazing. He knew his stuff, was super patient, and was just so nice the entire time. Neal really showed me what top-notch customer service looks like - he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and gave me awesome help. It's clear that he's a special kind of person in this industry, and I think he should get some recognition for how great he is. I've dealt with a lot of customer service reps before, but Neal really stands out as one of the best I've ever come across. He's really setting the bar high for customer service, and I hope the company sees how important his work is.
Reservation cancellation difficulty
Yesterday was such a frustrating experience trying to get in touch with someone about my reservation. My name and email were both spelled wrong, and they kept asking me for a PIN that I never got. Every time I tried to email them, I was stuck because of this PIN situation. I kept explaining my problem in my emails, but all they did was give me a phone number from another country that I really didn't want to call. I was so fed up that I ended up taking a break. Finally, today, I was able to talk to Jonah, who was super nice and fixed all the mistakes in my info and canceled my reservation quickly.
Room help search
I called to find a new place to stay since my regular spot wasn't good for me with all the health stuff going on in the pandemic. The person I spoke to was so attentive and really listened to me. They were able to help me find another place to stay, even though I had some options in the Acton-Boxborough area. They were extremely friendly and even sent me a text with a link for more information. I'll definitely be giving them a call again next time.
Reservation assistance by hotel staff
I was on a road trip, totally wiped out and needing somewhere to crash for the night. I gave a ring to book a room at the hotel in Santee SC, but was told they were all booked up. But get this, the person working there didn't just leave me hanging. They actually took the time to look for other options nearby and ended up booking me a room at another hotel. Their customer service was next level, and it really saved my bacon on this trip.
Misleading Information
You say you're a stand-up company, but I gotta say, I was so let down by the service I got. I booked a room for 3 folks, but when we got there, the bed was tiny and no way big enough for all of us. And to top it off, when I asked for my money back, they said it was fine, but then slipped in a charge for cancellation insurance without telling me. That sneaky move is not cool at all, and I'm gonna have to do something about it.
UPS package center supervisor in San Jose
Hey there! I work at UPS and interact with customers a lot. The person I chatted with was super quick, friendly, kind, polite, knowledgeable, caring, and welcoming. Ali was awesome and I really enjoyed working with them. It was such a great experience!
Polite staff, reasonable prices, no breakfast as advertised
The hotel staff were so nice and helpful, especially the house cleaner who really made sure our room was cozy and clean. But gotta say, there were some cleanliness problems in the hallways that should really be taken care of for a better stay. The prices were fair, but we were let down to find out that breakfast wasn't available even though we thought it was supposed to be included.

My time at the hotel wasn't quite what I expected, but I gotta say, booking through Hotel Planner was a breeze. Their website was super easy to use, letting me compare different hotels without any hassle. Plus, the confirmation email they sent me was thorough and had all the info I needed for my upcoming trip.
Clean and courteous staff
The hotel is super clean and the staff are always really nice and welcoming. I love how they pay attention to all the little details to make sure everything stays nice and clean for guests. And having a coffee machine in the lobby is a nice little bonus that makes the stay even more comfortable.
Clean room, good location, ocean view
My time at the hotel was great, the room was nice and tidy. The view of the ocean was amazing and the location couldn't be beat. The staff were super friendly and made my stay even better. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy place with a great view.

Vincent was so nice and professional, eh? He helped me book my room real quick and knew exactly what I was looking for. I hope all hotel workers could be as great as Vincent. Keep doing amazing, Vincent! You're awesome, eh?
Wedding block room reservation
I had a pretty disappointing encounter with the customer service at that hotel recently. I was trying to book a room for a wedding block and when I asked for help, the person I talked to was not very helpful or nice. Even after explaining that I needed to use my brother's bonvoy account to book online, they just said the rate had expired and told me to book online myself. It was frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since I have worked in customer service for many years. It's so important to at least try to help customers find a solution, instead of just shutting them down.
My stay was so awesome!
I tell ya, the person at the hotel was really nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing. It's not often you come across someone that caring these days, eh? They definitely deserve a big shoutout for being so awesome!
Booking issue
I just booked through this service and ran into a big problem. Got a confirmation email, so I called the hotel to double-check my reservation. Turns out, they had no idea about it. Super inconvenient and now I'm feeling frustrated and not sure if I can trust this service.
