As someone who shops here regularly, I gotta say I'm pretty happy with all the stuff they have and the different events they cover. Picking out gifts is easy and ordering them is a breeze. But I think they could step up their game with more deals and discounts for us loyal customers. And maybe they could make the payment process simpler to make shopping even easier.

The hotel staff were so nice and helpful, especially the house cleaner who really made sure our room was cozy and clean. But gotta say, there were some cleanliness problems in the hallways that should really be taken care of for a better stay. The prices were fair, but we were let down to find out that breakfast wasn't available even though we thought it was supposed to be included.
