    I bought something a few days ago and now I'm full of regrets. I've been trying to find out where my gift is going, but there's no customer service to give me a hand. Every time I try to get help on the website, I just get sent in circles. It's so annoying not knowing where my order is or if it went through okay. This whole thing has been a total nightmare, and I seriously advise everyone to avoid buying on this platform.

    Amazing customer service from Irene

    Irene was such a blessing when I reached out for help. She was super committed and took the time to help me through everything. It was great talking to someone who actually cared about fixing my problems and made me feel important as a customer. Irene's top-notch customer service skills really made her stand out and made my interaction with the hotel planner something I won't forget.

    Laptop purchase

    I recently bought a laptop from this company and I've been having a lot of problems with it. Even though I got a warranty, I've been having trouble getting a new one for the broken laptop. The customer service hasn't been much help and I've wasted so much time trying to fix everything. I don't think it's a good idea to buy from this company.

    Peach 2go bundle

    I just wanted to share about my great experience with the customer service team. I had a problem with a promo code for a discount on my order. Olivia was super helpful and worked really hard to fix the issue quickly. Thanks to her, I can't wait to get my Peach 2go bundle. I'm really impressed with how professional and efficient the customer service team is at this company.

    High-quality products but poor customer service

    I recently bought something from this company and I gotta say, the products were top-notch. But man, oh man, the customer service was a huge let down. I sent tons of emails about an order I never got, and not a single response! It was super frustrating and just plain unprofessional.

    Like many others, I signed up for their free trial and I was promptly charged for a toolkit which I never opted to purchase. They have so far not responded to any of my emails and I have cancelled my trial but I am seeing many people here still charged even when they cancelled so I am living in fear of my card being charged again. Is there a way to protect myself from this?

    Yes, don't use your card details to pay for things that aren't 100% in your mind. As in, if it's not a regular trusted service provider, then opt to use the other method of payment, PayPal, which offers a very good refund policy should you need to dispute it, and, should you then wish to cancel and are having trouble or, worried they will try to take money from your account, you can go to your PayPal account and remove the authority for Shaw to take money via PayPal.
    It isn't so easy if you put in a credit or debit card because you're then giving them continuous payment authority and it's harder to cancel and would need doing via your bank
