Satisfactory but not exactly what I wanted
My time with BeautifiedYou was pretty good overall. The stuff I got was decent quality, but not quite what I was expecting. I ran into a few problems when placing my order, which was a bit annoying. I gotta say, the customer service at this company is seriously lacking. I was trying to order three IdeaCentre machines and asked about a trade-in deal in an online chat, but I haven't heard back yet. When I phoned during regular hours, I got a recording telling me to call back later. Then, when I tried a different number, I was told there was a 45-minute wait time and was promised a callback that never happened. This kind of unresponsiveness does not make the company look good in terms of management and customer service.
