Skincare products
I was really looking forward to shopping online with BeautifiedYou, but unfortunately, it didn't go as planned. I placed my order for skincare products on January 5th, and now on the 18th, they are still missing. I know that delays can happen, but when the expected delivery date is more than a week away, it's frustrating. Timely delivery is so important when shopping online, and BeautifiedYou didn't meet my expectations in that department. Hopefully, they can work on their shipping process in the future so that customers like me don't end up disappointed.
First order delivery issue, Second order smooth sailing
I had a little issue with my first order from BeautifiedYou because it said it was delivered, but I never got it. I waited for almost 2 weeks and saw that I was running out of the product, so I decided to contact their customer support team for help. They responded quickly and were very sympathetic, so I ended up placing a second order for the same product that I needed right away. The customer service team promptly refunded my first order and rushed the shipping for my second one. I was really happy with the great service and support I got.
Skincare products
I gotta say, my time shopping on the BeautifiedYou website has been top-notch. The site is super easy to navigate, so I can easily check out all the different skincare products they offer. They have a huge selection of products, and I've found some awesome stuff through the free samples I get with my orders. Plus, my shipments always arrive quickly, so I don't have to wait too long to start using my new skincare goodies. All in all, I'm really impressed with the great service and products at BeautifiedYou.
Skincare products
My skincare stuff showed up all good in a double-wrapped package. They even tossed in some free samples of this nice cream from the brand, a sweet surprise. It's those little touches that make you feel valued as a customer. I got a bit antsy waiting a week for updates on my order, but when I reached out to customer service, they were quick to give me a friendly and helpful response. It definitely made me feel better about shopping with them.
Got my order minus some back ordered items
So I got my order, you know? But some things were like, "Nah, we're gonna take our time." They sent those out the next week though. And one thing was like a mystery - no ETA. So I was like, "Peace out, mystery item!" They even gave me back my fast shipping money. Super cool customer service, eh.
Very good
So, eh, I was kinda nervous because I read some bad stuff about this place, but I decided to give it a try anyways. And boom, my package arrived super fast in just 3 days (in Canada though). The stuff I got was legit too, like, the real deal. I even asked the brand and they said this store was legit. I'm totally gonna shop here again for sure, eh!
Skincare purchase
I had a bit of a hiccup with my order, and at first, I was pretty annoyed because I couldn't get hold of anyone when I called. But after getting a reply by email, I found out that the company was short-staffed because of COVID. They sorted out my problem super quickly and went the extra mile to make sure everything was fixed. Now I'm a satisfied customer and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again!
Skincare and makeup shopping
Shopping at BeautifiedYou was so easy! I found all my skincare and makeup products in one spot, which was super convenient. I loved being able to use coupons on my order and saved some money. The products I got were exactly what I wanted, and even though there have been some delivery delays in my area, my order came quickly. I'll definitely be shopping here again and have already told my friends about the site.
Quick delivery, lack of notification
I recently bought something from BeautifiedYou and I gotta say, the package showed up real quick - which was awesome. But you know what? I never got a heads up about when it was gonna arrive. As a customer, I like to be in the loop so I can plan ahead for when my packages are landing and make sure they don't go wandering off. It would have been super nice to get an email or text with the delivery date info.
ELTAMD Products from the UK
Being a customer from the UK, I was a bit unsure about placing an order from this website. But, their ELTAMD products caught my eye and got me interested. I took a chance and went for it, and I'm really happy that I did! My order came quickly and even had some nice samples included. I am totally pleased with how everything turned out and I will definitely be coming back for more.
Satisfactory but not exactly what I wanted
My time with BeautifiedYou was pretty good overall. The stuff I got was decent quality, but not quite what I was expecting. I ran into a few problems when placing my order, which was a bit annoying. Still, the service was okay, and I did get my stuff pretty quickly. The prices seemed fair for what I got. The delivery was quick, and my items showed up in good shape.

Obaji Clenziderm purchase
I had been looking for the Obaji Clenziderm product for some time and was so excited to see it on this website. I ordered it and even though there was a little delay in shipping, I really liked how they kept me updated through the whole process. When the product finally came, it was totally worth it. It has made a huge difference for my skin and I will definitely buy it again.
Sente eye cream
Just got my Sente eye cream and I'm so excited about it! The price was actually super reasonable, and the shipping was really quick and dependable. I'm really looking forward to seeing how it works on my undereye area. Definitely going to be a repeat customer for all my skincare stuff.
wide range of products
I was really drawn to all the different products that BeautifiedYou had, so I couldn't help but place an order right away. But, then I got really frustrated because it took over a month for my order to finally show up. I've had better luck with shipping from other countries during this whole pandemic situation, so it was pretty disappointing to have to wait so long. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my next order comes a lot quicker.
