CommunicationI had a bit of a hiccup with my order, and at first, I was pretty annoyed because I couldn't get hold of anyone when I called. But after getting a reply by email, I found out that the company was short-staffed because of COVID. They sorted out my problem super quickly and went the extra mile to make sure everything was fixed. Now I'm a satisfied customer and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again!
