That was the worst customer service I ever had, eh? I tried talking to different departments to get my account deactivated, but no one was any help. The supposed "customer care" team, sales, and tech support all just passed me around. I never got those confirmation codes I needed, and I'm so frustrated with the lack of help. I'm never buying from this company again, no way.
