Vaping gear purchase
Fasttech has been my main spot for all my vape stuff for a couple years now and they're awesome. They always have the best deals and they guarantee everything they sell is legit. I've reached out to them a few times for changes and delivery stuff and they always get back to me super fast. I always recommend Fasttech to my friends - they're amazing!

Sweatpants purchase
You know what, those sweatpants I bought were just terrible. Seriously, after wearing them only a few times, they looked like they'd been through a battlefield - all pilled and worn out. I hadn't even washed them yet and they were already falling apart. I tried to return them, but Alo didn't seem to care. I paid a lot for those pants and I feel totally scammed. The only good thing I can say is they were comfy at first, but that doesn't matter when they start falling apart so quickly.

Road trip planner
The road trip planner concept is awesome, but the free version is a total joke. Only being able to plan 7 stops is completely useless. How can you have a proper road trip with just 7 stops? The whole point of the site is to help plan road trips, but the free version's limitations are so frustrating. It was much better before they got greedy and restricted it so much. Road trips are all about exploration and adventure, not being held back by restrictions from a company just after money. Roadtrippers, please listen to your customers and improve the free version by allowing more stops. Road trips are supposed to be about freedom and flexibility, not constraints and irritation.

Expensive keyboard, software issues, short lifespan
I bought this fancy keyboard not too long ago, and boy was it expensive! But the software has been nothing but trouble, making it a real pain to use. And now, to top it all off, the darn thing stopped working after less than two years. I'm really bummed about the poor quality and short lifespan of this keyboard. Can you believe the warranty only lasted one year? For the amount of cash I shelled out, I was hoping for better durability.

Makeup Director software
This company really let me down with their terrible customer service. I had such a hard time trying to reinstall my Makeup Director software. I had a computer meltdown and when I tried to reinstall the software, it said I had used up all my registrations. On top of that, I couldn't even log in to my Cyberlink accounts, even though I was putting in the right info. I even tried to change my password, but couldn't log in to do that either. It's obvious that this company doesn't care about their customers and gives really bad service.

Love products, Velvetines, Unicorns, customer service, stand out company
I recently bought something from this company and let me tell you, I am absolutely in love with their products! One of my top favorites has got to be their Velvetines liquid lipsticks. I really admire how they encourage everyone to embrace their unique selves and be "Unicorns". It's great to see a company promoting individuality and self-expression. And big kudos to their customer service team - they are just amazing. They're not only friendly and personable, but also very professional. All in all, this company has definitely made a lasting impression on me and I'm super excited to see what they come up with next.

Travel Gift
I gotta tell ya, this carry-on has been with me on all my business trips, from the US coast to coast all the way to Asia. It's taken its fair share of hits and bumps, but it held up pretty darn well until one of the latching rivets broke. Thankfully, Kristine from customer service was right on it and helped me get a replacement in no time. Big shoutout to her for the top-notch support after the sale.
