New keyboard purchase
I went ahead and bought this expensive new keyboard, but it crapped out on me after only a year because of some stupid firmware or hardware problem. So I tried to get help but the customer service was just plain rude and not helpful at all, like seriously? It just made me not want to buy anything from that company ever again.
Mechanical keyboard purchase
I was really pumped when I got my hands on a mechanical keyboard, but now I'm feeling let down. After a few months of regular use, the keyboard started acting up, which is super annoying. I was hoping for better quality, especially since there are cheaper options out there. I was pretty bummed to find out that the 3-year warranty doesn't apply to purchases from Amazon, even though they sold it to me. It just doesn't make sense and makes me even more unhappy with the product. I wouldn't recommend buying this keyboard since it seems like it might break sooner than later.
Over-priced keyboards
I wasn't impressed with the Cherry switches this company had to offer. The customer service and prices were terrible. It's ridiculous that keyboards in this price range come with cheap ABS keycaps. The customer service team was useless and couldn't help with anything. I tried to order spare parts that were on their website for months, but they told me to buy a broken keyboard instead. This company is a joke. Just build your own mechanical keyboard.
Expensive keyboard, software issues, short lifespan
I bought this fancy keyboard not too long ago, and boy was it expensive! But the software has been nothing but trouble, making it a real pain to use. And now, to top it all off, the darn thing stopped working after less than two years. I'm really bummed about the poor quality and short lifespan of this keyboard. Can you believe the warranty only lasted one year? For the amount of cash I shelled out, I was hoping for better durability.

Even though I paid a lot for it, the keyboard didn't hold up like I expected. I contacted customer service for help, but all they could suggest was a firmware update that didn't actually fix the problem. I have to say, I'm pretty let down by the product quality and the company's response.
