I bought a mechanical keyboard not too long ago and thought it was great at first. But now, after less than two years, it just stopped working out of the blue. Even though I paid a lot for it, the keyboard didn't hold up like I expected. I contacted customer service for help, but all they could suggest was a firmware update that didn't actually fix the problem. I have to say, I'm pretty let down by the product quality and the company's response.
