So, I finally figured out where I stored all my stuff online, eh? At first, it was a bit confusing, but I reached out to support and they were so quick to respond, even on Sundays! The prices are decent, and the apps and software are really easy to use, way simpler than what I was using before. The server speed and bandwidth are pretty impressive, I find everything uploads and downloads super quickly. Good stuff, eh?

Travel bookings in Thailand
I recently booked a bunch of travel stuff in Thailand using this site. I got an overnight train from Bangkok to Surat Thani, then a private ride to Krabi, and finally a bus & ferry combo to Koh Samui. At first, I was a bit worried because of some bad reviews, but everything turned out great. All my bookings got confirmed, the timings were correct, and the connections worked out perfectly. No issues at all, so I'd totally use this service again. The only bummer was the uncomfortable train ride from Bangkok to Surat Thani, but that's not the platform's fault.

Skin truffle pot
I ordered this skin truffle pot and had to wait TWO whole weeks for it to come, which is like FOREVER. When it finally arrived, it was only half full! Ugh, so annoying. I was so excited to treat myself but now it's ruined. And to top it off, customer service was super snarky in their email, like totally rude! They clearly don't care about us customers and just want to rip us off. I won't be wasting my money here again, that's for sure!

Initial account setup and subscription issue
Hey there! So, I tried setting up an account, but ran into all sorts of issues when I tried to sign in and check my account. No matter how many times I tried to reset my password, the link they sent me never seemed to work. It's super frustrating because now I'm getting charged for a service I haven't even gotten to try out yet! Apparently, there's supposed to be a way to cancel your subscription once you get into your account, but I haven't even been able to get in at all. On top of that, there's no phone number to call for help, and the email support just gives me more automated options with no way of getting in touch with an actual person. Since I can't even log in to talk to customer service, my only option is to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

CPAP cleaning device
I've been using a CPAP cleaning device for a few years now, and it's really helped me sleep better by easing my morning headaches. But lately, I've been having some trouble with the water chamber seal, which is making it hard to get a good seal and causing some noise. When I got a new CPAP machine from Baycare Homecare, they told me to stop using the cleaning device because it could mess up the internal seals. So now I'm not sure if I should keep using the device that has worked well for me before. I've decided to give it a shot and try using the CPAP machine without the cleaning device for a while to see if there's any difference in how it works.

I just got my resume redone by a pro here and I'm really happy with how it turned out. My old resume was boring, wordy, and not very eye-catching. Even though I usually review job apps myself, I knew it needed a makeover but I didn't have the time or know-how to do it right. That's where the expert here came in and did their thing.
The consultant, Nicole F, was amazing. She understood what I wanted, made a plan, and kept me posted on any delays. The final result not only met my expectations but went beyond them. Squeezing over twenty years of experience onto one page while still making it look good to potential employers seemed impossible, but they pulled it off perfectly.
All in all, the service was totally worth it.
