Three-piece cookware set purchase
The three-piece cookware set I got from this company back in 2018 through a crowdfunding platform has really impressed me. Quality kitchen knives
As a retiree who loves to cook, I gotta say, I've been blown away by the kitchen knives I got from this company. The 8" Chef knife, which was a gift from my wife, is top-notch in terms of how it feels, the balance, construction, materials, and finish. And even the packaging is fancy, making the whole experience feel premium. Recently, I got the 10" serrated knife and once again, it's impressive as heck. I even hooked my son, who's a Chef with 20 years under his belt, on these knives and now he's a fan too. He's spreading the word to his coworkers. The 8" Chef knife has become his favorite tool, beating out all his other knives. Now I'm eyeing Misen's carbon steel sauté pans for my next collection addition.

7-qt Dutch oven
I recently bought a 7-quart Dutch oven from this company after seeing good reviews online. I have to say, the pot lives up to its hype and works amazingly well, just like they promised. The cover can even be used as a grill pan, which is really handy, and it also comes with a silicone lid. Unfortunately, my cover/grill pan had a manufacturing error, but when I contacted the company with a photo of the problem, I was surprised by how quickly they responded. Misen really stepped up and provided outstanding customer service by agreeing right away to replace the defective lid without any issues. Chef's knife purchase
I just bought a chef's knife and I have to say, I've been super impressed with how well it works. It's been a year now and I can honestly say it has gone above and beyond what I expected. Cookware set rusting and not compatible with induction cooktop
I just bought this cookware set from a company and it's been a bit of a disappointment. One of the stainless steel lids already has some rust on it after just one wash with natural dish soap. And to make matters worse, the pots and pans are too big for my induction cooktop, which is really annoying when I'm trying to cook. I tried to get in touch with customer support through their website to return the set within the 60-day trial period, but haven't heard back from them yet.
Quality products at a good price
I gotta say, I was really impressed by the stuff I got for the price I paid. I could've gone with some fancier brands, but I'm happy I gave these ones a shot. Non-stick pans
The non-stick pans I got from this company are amazing! I've never seen such top-notch non-stick coating that lets me cook without using oil or butter. It's so convenient to brown meat on the stove and then move the pan right into the oven to finish cooking, it's really something. The meat always comes out juicy and tasty. I liked it so much that I bought one for my son who just moved out and tried it at my house. The products came quickly just a few days after I ordered them and I'm really impressed with how efficient and high-quality this company is, eh.

I just bought a set of knives from this company and had a great experience with their customer service team. I messed up my order and needed help to fix it.
