I've been a loyal customer of this company for years now, and I've always been super impressed with the quality of their products. I just bought a set of knives from this company and had a great experience with their customer service team. I messed up my order and needed help to fix it. Dianne, the customer service rep, was so helpful and quick in sorting everything out for me. She saved me from having to deal with shipping and returning stuff, and she saved me a bunch of time. And the knives themselves? They are top-notch quality - some of the sharpest I've ever used. I definitely recommend this company for their awesome products and outstanding customer service.

I recently bought a 7-quart Dutch oven from this company after seeing good reviews online. I have to say, the pot lives up to its hype and works amazingly well, just like they promised. The cover can even be used as a grill pan, which is really handy, and it also comes with a silicone lid. Unfortunately, my cover/grill pan had a manufacturing error, but when I contacted the company with a photo of the problem, I was surprised by how quickly they responded. Misen really stepped up and provided outstanding customer service by agreeing right away to replace the defective lid without any issues.
