Good but pricey
This product is absolutely incredible! I am well aware that it comes with a hefty price tag, but let me tell you, it is worth every penny. It did take some time for me to notice any changes, but once I saw the results, I was blown away! I may not have experienced immediate transformation like some folks, but the gradual progress was undeniable. The nano emulsion serum is a game-changer - it's like having magic in a bottle. I incorporate it into my daily routine and my skin looks more youthful and feels incredibly smooth. I am a big supporter of this brand and I highly recommend it to everyone!
Delayed Order Delivery
I ordered something back on August 29th but it's been well over a month now and I still haven't gotten my package. I'm getting a bit worried because there's no tracking info and I have no clue where my order is. I think it's important to keep customers in the loop and be more clear about how things are going with the shipping.
Hanacure 4-pack with brush
I bought the Hanacure 4-pack with a brush from their website. It was pricey at $120, and I was bummed to learn that not all packages come with the brush and that it was an extra charge. I followed the instructions and used it 3-4 times, but didn't see any changes in my hyperpigmentation, lift, tightening, or texture. It seemed like a waste of money and didn't live up to all the hype.
Hanacure facial mask
I ordered the Hanacure facial mask recently, really looking forward to trying out all the amazing benefits everyone's been talking about. But, so far, I still haven't gotten my order from them. I've tried reaching out a few times to see what's up with my purchase, but I haven't heard anything back from their customer service team. This lack of communication and slow delivery has been a real letdown for me, especially after hearing such good things about the product.
Refunded purchase
After having some problems with my shopping and delivery, I wrote a couple of bad reviews. But they fixed things up pretty quick, and I got my money back. Gotta admit, the product is actually really good. It made a big change in my skin - it's looking brighter, firmer, and more even now.
Hanacure mask purchase
I just bought the Hanacure mask and I have to tell you, it's really improved my skin a lot. After using it twice, I can definitely feel that my skin is smoother and looks brighter. The formula of the mask is really something special, it seems to do wonders by tightening and rejuvenating my skin after just one use. I've tried a bunch of skincare products before, but none of them have had the same effect as this mask. I'm super impressed with the results and I'll definitely keep using it in my skincare routine.
Skincare purchase for soft wrinkles
The shipment to my place actually arrived faster than expected, which was a nice surprise. I didn't have any problems with customs or taxes, and the item came in good shape and well-packed. It's pretty easy to use and handle, and I did see some improvement in my fine lines after using it. However, the results didn't stick around as long as I would have liked, and my wrinkles came back pretty quickly. I'm a busy twenty-something and was hoping for longer-lasting effects like I got from Botox before. So, I'm giving it four stars.

Recent order delay
I've been a faithful customer of this company for a while now, and I've always been happy with what they offer. But, my latest order seems to be stuck somewhere on the way, and despite my attempts to reach out to customer service, the problem still hasn't been fixed. It's really frustrating because I've never had this kind of delay before. I really hope they can sort this out quickly and make sure all orders get to their destination on time from now on.
Unsolicited shipment
I got a package today that I didn't even order, eh? It's so annoying because it's happened before. I only asked for one treatment, so I don't know why they keep sending extra stuff. I sent them an email to sort it out because I don't want any more charges on my credit card for stuff I didn't ask for.
