Site downtime issue due to faulty plugin
My website was having problems because of a faulty plugin causing a 500 internal server error. We deleted the htaccess file after the first call, but the issue came back within an hour. So we did it again and also considered upgrading the server. After the third time in 24 hours, we deactivated all plugins and found that one was using up all the memory and causing errors. Now that we've sorted that out, the site is running smoothly without any issues.

Paul got back to me right away, gave me a return label, and told me to order the right prescription. Even though it was late for next-day delivery, I still placed the new order. Car rental booking with a dishonest website
So, I recently booked a car rental through this popular website that claims they have awesome deals on travel stuff. But guess what? Turns out this website wasn't all it cracked up to be. I booked with a big car rental company, and then when I saw my credit card bill, it didn't match the price I was quoted. The website messed up the payment and I got charged twice by the car rental company. When I tried to sort it out with the website, they were no help at all and didn't want to own up to their mistake. After doing some digging, I found out that lots of other people had the same problem with this website. I'd say stay far away from them - they're not reliable at all.

Bought a purse
Oh my gosh, I can't even handle how awful it was buying this purse! For real, it was so bad I could cry. The whole ordering part was a nightmare, the service sucked, the prices were crazy high, and waiting for the delivery took forever. I swear, I will never buy from them again. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!
