Overpriced gaming keyboard
Don't bother spending your cash on that overpriced keyboard. It's not worth it - the quality is pretty low, and the customer service is awful. Save yourself the headache and opt for a better brand like SteelSeries or Corsair.

Return experience
So, I had to return something to this company and man, it was not a good time. Just like some other folks, I sent back my item and haven't heard a peep from customer service. I've tried calling, emailing, and even hitting them up on social media, but no luck. It's super annoying to be ghosted like this, especially when I'm already out of cash for the return. I used to be a regular customer, but now I'm not sure if I want to buy anything from them again.

Gloves with touchscreen functionality
The touchscreen gloves I bought are already falling apart after just a few uses. The crochet material is coming undone, and the index finger feels looser than the others. Even though I've been careful with them and trimmed off any loose threads, I'm worried they won't last. It's handy to have touchscreen capability, but the loose fit makes it hard to use my radio while driving.
