Order placed on November 25.
I ordered something on November 25th and they charged me right away. But I didn't hear anything about shipping or even get an order confirmation until just before Christmas. Plus, I didn't get everything I ordered but they kept bugging me with emails to buy more stuff. I had to complain to PayPal just to get half of my order. And now it's January 2nd and I still only have one of the two things I ordered.
Auto ship experience
So, I gotta tell ya, my experience with auto-ship was a total letdown. The company didn't bother giving me a heads up before they shipped out my stuff, which ended up causing me some surprise charges on my credit card. On top of that, they wouldn't take back the items I no longer wanted. It's just not cool to lack communication and flexibility like that, especially for a pet supply company.
Pet medication order delay
I bought my pet's medication from this site a couple months ago, but still haven't got it yet. I've been in touch with customer service a few times, and they keep giving me different reasons for why it's taking so long. First they blamed the mail system, then said they'd send another package, but that never showed up either. They didn't communicate well throughout this whole mess, which left me annoyed and my pet without their meds. In the end, I had to get my bank involved to sort things out. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, so I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
Prescription item for horse
So, I bought some medication for my horse from Entirely Pets a while back. I placed my order on November 19, 2021, and they said it would be sent out by December 08, 2021. Unfortunately, my order went missing during delivery and even though they said they would reship it in 2 days, I still haven't gotten it as of January 11, 2022. I'm really let down by the way they've handled things and I'm starting to wonder if this company is a scam or just really bad at what they do. The customer service hasn't been great either, with the reps making promises they don't keep.
Order issue
I had a really bad experience with my order from this store recently. I placed my order but didn't get any updates at all. I waited for over a week and still didn't know what was going on. I emailed them many times to try and cancel my order, but they never replied. Finally, I had to cancel it myself through PayPal before they reached out to me. It was so frustrating and disappointing to deal with their lack of communication and slow response. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at that store again.
Arthritis medicine for cat
I called Entirely Pets not long ago to try and find some arthritis medicine for my cat. Since I've never done this before, I wasn't really sure what kind of options were out there specifically for cats. The person I talked to, Sheetal Nath, was super helpful in pointing me in the right direction for the best medicine for my kitty. She really took the time to explain all the different products, what they can do, and how much I should give to my cat. She really went out of her way to make sure I knew what I was getting.
Ripped Off Old Meds
So, I got some meds for my dog from Entirely Pets pharmacy, and guess what? They were basically expired! Can you believe that? They were gonna expire even before my dog finished his treatment. I tried to return them and get a refund back in April, but they keep giving me the runaround. I've been sending emails and making calls, but all I get is that the pharmacy will get in touch with me. It's been forever and still no word from them. Today is June 5th, and after talking to customer service again, all they offered me was a lousy $20 credit for my next purchase. Seriously, why would I even want to buy anything from them again after this whole ordeal?
Express shipping backorder
I just ordered something with rush shipping from this company, but turns out it's out of stock and they didn't tell me until a week later. I waited two weeks for an email reply, and finally got told I'd get a full refund if I sent back the label. So I did, but still no refund or fast shipping fee. The person I talked to on the phone said they're the manager, but they were not professional or helpful. I'm really let down by how this company handled things, with poor communication and bad customer service.
Pet medications
I just wanted to say that I had a really good experience talking to the customer service manager at the pharmacy the other day. When I first called, I got some wrong info, but the second time I called, I talked to Shaun. He was super nice and really helpful. He knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all my questions. I called him a few times for help, and each time he was patient and friendly. He even said I could call him anytime I needed more help. Shaun made my experience with your pharmacy really great and I appreciate how awesome his customer service was.

I bought some prescription meds for my pet from this online store, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. The ads were kinda misleading, and now I'm not so sure about how reliable this company really is. I don't think I wanna go back there for my pet's meds. I'm gonna shoot them an email to make sure they don't fill the prescription again.

Discounted pet meds, Bravecto
I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service at this pharmacy. Being a pet owner, trying to afford meds for my furry friends can be tough with everything getting more and more expensive. But I was so happy when I found out this pharmacy was selling Bravecto for my dogs at a much cheaper price than other places. I ended up saving a good chunk of money on my purchase, which is always a win in my books.
Medications and joint supplement order
I'm so frustrated with this company. I ordered my meds and joint supplement on Oct. 2, 2020, thinking I'd get a discount. But nope, I got charged the full amount and my joint supplement didn't even ship! I've emailed and chatted with customer service multiple times, but I haven't heard back or gotten my refund. I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get them to pay attention. It's totally unacceptable how they're treating their customers.
Dog supplies order
I ordered some stuff for my dog, eh, but they messed up and blamed it on my vet not responding. Like, come on, my vet got all their messages except theirs. And when I tried to call them, I couldn't even talk to a real person, eh. I wouldn't trust them with my pet's stuff anymore. Just pay a bit extra somewhere else for peace of mind, eh.
Medication order
So, I ordered some meds for my pet, but turns out they were all sold out even though the website said they were available. I had to cancel the order and look for the meds somewhere else because I needed them quick and for a better price. It's been more than a month now since I canceled the order, and I still haven't gotten my money back. I sent them an email confirming the cancellation and I called them too, but no luck. Now I've had to get PayPal involved to help me out with this mess.
Easy Fit E-Collar XL
I recently bought an Easy Fit E-Collar XL from Entirely Pets and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how they shipped it. They folded the e-collar in half, rolled it up, and wrapped it super tight in plastic and shipping tape. This careless packaging made the collar all misshapen and creased in the middle where it was folded. When I tried to unroll it, one half was going one way, while the other half was going the opposite way, like a big letter "S". The crease in the middle made it impossible for me to straighten out the collar or put it on my dog properly. One side kept folding towards his face, which made it tough to secure with the Velcro. So basically, the cone was useless and I was really not happy about the whole thing.
Online pet supplies
I ordered some pet supplies online and I never got my order. I emailed customer service but didn't hear back. Finally, I talked to a customer service rep who said my order would be sent out that day, but I never got any tracking info or my stuff. I asked for a refund after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, but they never gave it to me. So now I'm gonna call my credit card company to get my money back.
Horse meds purchase delayed
I bought some medication for my horse from this company recently, but it didn't go well. I placed my order on January 9th, and even though my vet approved it right away on the 10th, it still wasn't shipped by the 17th. When I called to ask about the delay, they said they had just gotten the meds in stock. I explained how urgent it was, but even after they promised faster shipping, it never showed up. I ended up canceling and finding another pharmacy, which thankfully delivered the meds to my door in just two days with no extra charge. In my opinion, the broken promises and long wait aren't worth any discount they might give.
