He knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all my questions. I called him a few times for help, and each time he was patient and friendly. He even said I could call him anytime I needed more help. Shaun made my experience with your pharmacy really great and I appreciate how awesome his customer service was.

It was working fine for 7 months, then suddenly went kaput. I was pretty bummed that it crapped out right after the warranty expired. I tried contacting the company, but no luck getting a replacement camera in the UK. They got back to me fast, but their response wasn't all that helpful in the end.
